Horrible experience like all the others!! I ordered 3 little books and they signed me up for a subscription I did not see or want, then they sent a $97 digital product I never asked for.I was swamped with multiple emails daily and more books arrived in the mail the second week.Its a nightmare! I had to return books at my cost that I didnt order. Very dishonest company. Someone should stop them!Puppy Dogs & Ice Cream Inc

There is no phone number that transfers to a live person the e-mails canceling ghe order is acknowledged then ignored with high payments for which were fraudulent.On 3/18/2022 I ordered a special costing $19.99, they flooded me with up-charge possibilities. I checked No on multiple. They up-charged me for an order of $19,99 to $50,33 and processed it. Immediately, I sent e-mails canceling the order,. I was not charged the $50.33 but sent 3 paperback books I presumed were from the $19.99 special today, at 3am Saturday morning, 3/25/2023 my credit card was charged $106.22 fraudulently.Puppy Dogs & Ice Cream Inc

The first bundle is the one that you originally chose to order. The second would have been offered to you as a discounted item prior to the checkout screen. These additional books are never added to an order unless the customer clicks the button saying YES, add it to my order!. In regard to the subscription, we've done our best to ensure that the information concerning the free trial of our digital content is presented to customers multiple times throughout the shopping/purchasing process. As mentioned by our Customer Support team when you reached out, the free trial and additional book bundle are included as line items in the final screen before customers submit the order and are charged. In addition, after the order was placed, you would have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you werent interested.I see that our Customer Support Team has addressed the charges for both the second book bundle and the subscription and provided refunds. The offer did not indicate a subscription. After the order went through and I saw that I was charged for books I did not want, I immediately cancelled the order. However, the charges remained after multiple e-mails to your site, finally the extra charge was removed, however, the following day your company charged $106 more! I had to go on chat and send more e-mails to discontinue this subscription I never wanted. The up sale with this company is misleading as well as the subscription the customer has no idea they have signed up for. What is worse is your customer service which does not respond unless there are multiple contacts!. It is very, and I say very time consuming trying to cancel these up sales. I do not recommend anyone deal with this company. I spent hours trying to cancel this thing and it is not easily done.Review fromLaurel F

This company is the absolute WORST. Not only were the books are actually ordered poor quality, they billed me over a hundred dollars for a yearly subscription I didn't want. I contacted the company the day of and was pretty much told too bad. So I went to sign in and check out rhe app I had to keep and I can't even use that for the year subscription I PAID for because customer service canceled my subscription I hope this theiving company uses my forced donation for something good. I just placed an order today. I purchased three books. Luckily I checked my email and realized they had a seven day free trial added to my order that I did not order or agree to!! I basically lost $ $58.31 +$97=$155.31. I somehow got 2 orders of books from them, instead of One. I mailed all the books back to them. I never got a refund. The book order was *** 30,2023. A month later, on Feb 28, I was charged $97 from PDIC, for absolutely nothing.I have "NOTHING" from them, yet I have paid $155.31.I want a full REFUND ($155.31) from this DISHONEST company. The books are okay flow their price tag. I was aware of the add-ons I opted to add to my other and for how much. What I was unaware of, however, was a few trial to am online library of books and resources (which would lead to a $97 credit card charge after a week or so). They're was a surprising lack of a clear order confirmation showing this trial and how much it would automatically charge. They send so much spam email, it seems like it is set up very dishonesty. Force a trial subscription onto every customer, ******* them with enough spam emails to make them ignore the welcome to the trial service (which also doesn't imply anything about being a trial that would incur additional fees). It's set up purely to good people onto subscriptions that aren't paying attention to their credit card statements. The one positive is that the customer service department was friendly and helpful when I requested a cancellation and refund for the unauthorized charge (as long as it stays refunded...)Puppy Dogs & Ice Cream Inc
