  Was charged as a reoccurring charge the day after my books were delivered. I never signed up for anything, I simply bought 3 books. I will NEVER order from them again.

  ****, I apologize for any confusion regarding this order. Certain items include a 30-day free trial of our digital content with your purchase. After the order was placed, you should have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you are not interested. Since the the 30-day period lapsed without a cancellation, you were billed the yearly subscription charge. I certainly don't want you to pay for something that you didn't want and won't use. I see that you contacted us on 3/16 and one of our Customer Support Team members refunded all charges associated with the subscription and confirmed that it is cancelled as well. You should have seen the refund within 3-5 business days. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions or concerns.PDIC Customer Support

  Do not order from this company. I had books in my cart but the price kept changing to a higher price than the saie price advertised. I kept refreshing trying to get advertised price. Im certain I never confirmed my order but then I got an email confirming my order. These were books that I didnt want at a price I wasnt willing to pay. When I tired to cancel I was told I couldnt as it already had shipped. Then a month later my card was charged again for $104 for something I didnt order.

I'm not certain what happened when you placed the order, but I can assure you that we are unable to charge anyone without them clicking to submit their payment to us. The $104 charge that you mention is from a subscription to our digital library which is included with the purchase of some of our items. We've made sure to mention the free-trial of our content multiple times throughout the ordering process. We also send out an email after the order is processed to welcome folks to their free trial. This email also provides instructions on how to cancel the subscription if you aren't interested. As long as it's cancelled before the 30 day trial ends, customers are never charged. I've researched your order and see that all charges have been refunded as of March 16th. The subscription is cancelled so that you will not see any further charges going forward.   I ordered 3 books, which were charged to my card. The website hyjacked my information for a subscription and I couldn't reverse . I was then charged another $103.97 I did not agree to. The phone number for this company is bogus. No one answers. Just tells you to email some help desk which I believe is not legit. I am still waiting to see if my original book order gets delivered. Received a text saying there was a problem with the delivery. This company needs to be shut down until they correct this. Very deceiving logo and very UN ***********

  *****, Thank you for reaching out. I want to first reassure you that your credit card information was in no way compromised or reused. The charge in question resulted from a 7-day free trial of our digital library subscription. This would have been mentioned multiple times during the shopping process and shown as a line item in your order during checkout, before you submitted payment. After the purchase is complete, we send out a welcome email letting customers know how to access their free-trial and also how to cancel it if they are not interested. If the subscription is not cancelled prior to the expiration of the free-trial, then the yearly subscription price would be charged. It's clear that you are not interested in the subscription and I don't want you pay for something that you don't want and won't use. I have confirmed that the subscription is cancelled and refunded you the full amount that was charged for it.   They add to your order and charge you for things you dont want and sign you up for subscriptions you dont want and keep charging your card. This company is outrageous.

Our agent responded that the order was changed and the subscription cancelled. Unfortunately, the cancellation was not completed and you ended up being charged. This should not have happened and I hope you will accept my apology for this error. I see that you also reached out to us on 3/11 when the subscription charge came through and spoke with another agent. They took care of both the cancellation and the refund, and I have verified that both were successful. Rest assured that we will make sure to review the error that was made with agent to prevent this sort of problem going forward.
