I initially invested with Diversyfund 5 years ago [July 2019] and was told it was a 5-year contract. I sent in a request in April 2024 to find out about liquidation of the account, as my 5 years was almost up and I know it takes time to process. Request ***** was acknowledged by their system and I received a canned response about it [we will contact you in 48 hours]. No contact and it has been 90 days. The help forum has been completely removed by the company on their website and no articles in FAQ. I want my money back.Business Response

We attempted to contact the customer by phone on April 9, 2025, and did not receive a response. A follow-up email was sent that same day acknowledging their prior inquiry and providing clarification on the timeline for investment maturity and liquidation.
The customer invested in *********************** Growth REIT in July 2019. As outlined in the offering documents signed at the time of investment, the fund has a holding period of 5 to 7 years, depending on market conditions and asset performance. The 5-year term referenced represents the minimum threshold, not a guaranteed liquidation date. Because of market conditions over the past several years, the fund has not yet entered the liquidation phase.
The fund is scheduled to begin its wind-down process at the end of 2025, and distributions will be made as properties are sold over the 1224 months following. We understand the customers desire to plan ahead, and their early outreach in April 2024 was reasonable. We apologize that a personalized follow-up did not take place after the automated response and have since implemented a dedicated support team to ensure inquiries like this receive timely and complete replies.
We remain available to discuss the specifics of the customers ********************** and provide direct assistance. We believe this matter has now been addressed in accordance with the terms of the investment agreement.Initial Complaint

We encourage the customer to reach out again via our investor support email ********************************************* and we will ensure that their concerns are handled directly and transparently. We believe this matter has been responded to in good faith and in alignment with the signed investment agreement.Initial Complaint

I invested $2,000 into the app five years ago and have zero returns or replies from the company itself.Business Response
Date: 04/15/2025
The customer invested in *********************** Growth REIT approximately five years ago. This investment is structured as a long-term, illiquid real estate fund with a holding period of 5 to 7 years, depending on market conditions. As outlined in the agreement signed at the time of investment, returns are not paid out regularly and are instead distributed once properties within the portfolio are sold during the funds wind-down phase.
The fund is currently preparing to begin that wind-down process starting in late 2025, at which point distributions will follow as assets are sold. We understand the lack of regular updates can be frustrating and have recently expanded our investor support team to improve communication and provide timely, personalized responses to all inquiries.
We are happy to speak with the customer directly to provide more details on their account and what to expect moving forward. At this time, we believe this matter has been addressed within the scope of the investments terms and structure.Initial Complaint

No way to withdraw money on app. I invested 5500 in **************************************************** receive any dividends. I sent them an email and have not heard back in three business days.Business Response

We attempted to contact the customer by phone on March 14, 2025, and did not receive a response. A follow-up email was sent the same day explaining the terms of their investment and providing clarification regarding distributions and fund access.
The customer invested in *********************** Growth REIT in 2021. As stated in the offering documents signed at the time of investment, this is a long-term, illiquid fund with a holding period of 5 to 7 years, based on market conditions. The platform does not provide functionality for early withdrawal, as such withdrawals are not permitted under the structure of the investment. This is why there is no withdraw feature on the app.
Additionally, the Growth REIT does not pay regular dividends. Instead, earnings are reinvested and value is returned to investors upon the sale of underlying real estate assets, which is planned to begin in late 2025.
We acknowledge the communication delay and apologize for any inconvenience. Our investor support team is now fully staffed and responding to all inbound inquiries, including those submitted through email and our contact forms. We are committed to providing the customer with any additional assistance needed.
We believe this matter has been addressed in accordance with the investments structure and terms, and we are available to continue the conversation should the customer wish to follow up directly.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 10/18/2021 Amount of Transaction: $1000 I am filing a complaint against Diversy Fund, a real estate investment company, regarding their misleading practices and unresponsive customer service. I invested $1000 with ********************** under the impression that I could access my funds within a reasonable time frame. I reached out to them on 5/6/2022 and received and email mentioning that I am unable to withdraw before 5 years. However, I was not informed until after investing that my money would be locked in for a period of 5 years.Furthermore, when I attempted to reach out to Diversy Fund within the first year to address this discrepancy, they only reiterated the 5-year investment period without offering any solutions. Additionally, I am currently unable to access my account online, despite multiple attempts to reset my password, and scheduling a phone call, no one has called me back.Furthermore, my attempts to contact Diversy Fund via phone have been unsuccessful,I believe their phone number is not in service any longer and I have not received any response to my emails. This lack of communication and transparency leads me to suspect fraudulent activity on the part of Diversy Fund.I would appreciate your immediate resolution to this matter and the return of my investment. And advise on how to take further action to receive my money back.Business Response

I invested money with Diversy fund which was said to be a Reit. They said they would invest my money in residential rental properties. I invested ******** on 10/06/2020 and ******** on 01/22/2021. The money earned was suposed to be reinvested for 5 years. I was suposed to get about 5% regularly which was from rents and the main earning were to be in about 5 years when the properties were sold. On 01/24/2023 i recieved ******* as a dividend though there had never been talk of dididends. I am suspicious of this company because they began advertising a special where you get twice the value of investments whatever you invested at that time. Also I have not received a **** for the dividend. They say dividends are usually recorded as regular income which is not true. I'm very worried and want my money back.Business Response

Hi *****,
Apologies for the confusion with your investment. The 5% dividends were given prior to the close of the raise of the fund. I just attempted to give you a call and followed up via email.
Please respond to that email and I will further explain the status of your investment.
Thank you,
Chriistopher

Hi there,
Apologies for your confusion with the investment you signed up for. DiversyFund's investment's are illiquid and hold a 4-7 year term. Please review the documents you signed regarding this investment. Unfortunately refunds are no available for any investors under any circumstance. At the end of the investment term you will be liquidated like every other investor in the fund. If you have further questions feel free to email ********************************.

I invested in ************** in about 2020. After realizing that I could get my money back. I tried and tried even up to 2023. I told them I felt uncomfortable about their business practices. They told me they were sorry about my confusion, but I couldn't get for at least 7 years. Today I tried to get my dividend, nothing. I want my money back!Business Response
