I'm here at the Jack in The box in ************* off elms road I've been here for roughly 55 minutes. I made an order they still didn't get the order right I asked for fresh fries. After waiting for 55 minutes or longer they bring the food out after having five or six cars parked in the front and they still bring cold freaking fries. I gave the young man my receipt and I told him I just wanted my money back. He took the receipt in never brought the receipt back out. I drove back to the drive-thru and I'm asking for my money back now I'm being told I have to wait for the manager to come and give me my money because the young lady said she doesn't have the capability to refund me.. I asked her what when is the manager going to be here she said she doesn't know I just have to sit here and wait. What kind of service is this!!!?? STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLE'S MONEY!!! IT IS NOT ON MY RECEIPT THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY MONEY BACK OR WAIT FOR A MANAGER!! I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND I DON'T PAY FOR BAD SERVICE. WASTING MY GAS AND MY TIME THAT'S A PROBLEM!! It is not 1 hour and I'm still sitting in the Drive-Thru waiting for the district manager to come and give me my money back this is ridiculous!!Business Response

It is the customer's responsibility to choose a location and confirm the location before submitting that order, but we understand mistakes are made and it may not be reasonable to drive 1 Hr. to pick up the order at the wrong location and that's the reason we have provided a refund.

I wrote that the order would be delivered to me and I never received it. I called and they never responded. I no longer need the order. It's too late. I need my money back. Please. Placed a mobile order on June 17th at 2:11am when I arrived there were cones up on the driveway and it was closed. I never got my order and my credit card was still charged the amount of the order which was $21.86.Business Response

Placed a good delivery order on the Jack in the box app. Got a text saying it would be delivered by ********. DoorDash driver arrived and the restaurant told him the order did not exist so he canceled it. After he canceled it and left, apparently the order popped up so they made it. However since the order was canceled ******** could not send a new driver, and the restaurant refused to refund the order. The restaurant told me I had to call corporate and when I called corporate the robot just said were sorry, were closedI am out of $34.81 because neither party would rectify the issue. Constant issues with restaurant taking excessive amounts of time to get out orders. Every day asked to pull around to front of store only to wait for 30 minutes plus for food that takes ten minutes to prepare. My first job was at Jack In The Box and I took pride in fast service. I know how long it takes to prepare food. It is absurd to wait 3 times longer than it takes to prepare the food. I had to leave without receiving my order due to several cars in front of me waiting to get their meal. Needs to be addressed asap.Business Response

I ordered food at the jack in the box located at *********************, phone number **********. The service was poor. I waited *********************************************************************** the incorrect burger. If I didn't stop to check my food, I would have left with a bad order. It took 2 manager and a staff member to get one burger correct. And the male cashier was very rude and wasn't listening to my order obviously. I have spoken with the owner about bad service at the location before. And I frequent the border for trips. Jack in the box is my favorite but I would like for corporate to address this one.Business Response

On 6/9/25 at approx. 6pm, I received my order of tacos, and realized immediately that they did not taste at all like those I had received prior for many years. After the first taco, I felt a very sharp pain in my left abdomen that I had never felt before. Because I was famished and hadn't eaten all day, I ate another taco. By the time I ate the 3rd, I was bending over in pain which was sharp and persisted throughout the night and til now only not as often. I've saved the remaining tacos for analysis.
