      Employees and management work in bubble. TOXIC AND UNSAFE environment On July 4th at 7:11 PM at location ******************************************** in *******, *******. I order 6 tacos and jalapeos poppers. Service was very slow to begin with making everyone wait in front of the building instead handing the food via drive-thru window. When they came out **** and another large Hispanic woman cussed me out and used my own order as weapon slapping me in the face with it. I reached out to corporate and numerous complaints before the manger reached out via text almost a week later. Management wanted me to come back to where I was attacked. I expressed my concern for my own safety. He proceeded to call me and right away I was at fault for being attacked. I argued and gave him my side. He did not agree to give me a refund for food that was used a weapon against me and couldn't eat because he wanted to look at the cameras. He continued to say he would call me back but never did. I texted him and never received a response back. All I want is my money for something I never received. I feel like this has fallen on deaf ears. I've contacted corporate numerous times with no help whatsoever

      I placed an order at this Jack in the box on June 26 2022 on the moblie app. It said the drive thru closed at 1am so I had placed it at 11:40pm on my way home. I got there at 11:50pm and they said they couldn't give me my order and that i had to call the next day and talk to the manager. So i called the next day and asked for the manager. She told me she said she would see what she could do and called me back. She never called me back. So i emailed jacks and i haven't heard back from them. I tried calling the customer service and it says they are closed. So i called the location again and they said they couldn't do anything but would try to see if maybe they could and call me back and never did. So i emailed hacks again and still nothing. I just want my money back for the food I was never given. I never want to deal with them again. The order id is ****** and the total was $13.29

      On June 26,2022 I placed an order on the Jack in the Box app. At 11:40pm because it said the drive thru closes at 1am. When I got there it was 11:50pm and they said they couldnt give me my order because they were closed. I called the following day on June 27th and asked for the manager. The manager said she would see what she could do and call me back but never did. So I emailed Jack in the box and havent heard anything back. So I called the location again and they said they couldnt do anything. So I emailed Jack in the box again and I still havent heard anything back. I just want my refund for the food I never got. The location is ***********************************************************. The order id: ****** and the total: $13.29.
