      I went through the drive thru on 10/12 @7:40 pm while I was on lunch and I ordered the #** with no mayo and cheese the employee read the order back to me. When I got back to work I received the wrong sandwich. I received the ***** which is not what I wanted. I have called ********** a total of 5 times to complain about being given the wrong sandwich and no one answers!! I am on my lunch break and I dont have time to return. Why would you have a telephone number and not answer! To top it off I wasnt given a receipt

      Hi there, I am a quiet a loyal Jack in the Box customer. However, I am trying to be healthier and has been deleting all the fast food online accounts. ********************** always asked me to fill the form, which I did. Then, their website would show, "One More Step!Your identity needs to be confirmed.Please check your email for confirmation, click confirm and we will start your request."However, I never received any email and hence my account has never been deleted. Due to this, I suspect they may use the information unethically.

      October 18th, 2024 at approximately 1:30 AM at the Jack In The Box located in *****************, ** an employee whose name I do not know was blocking the drive through with a wet floor sign from inside the store which was moved out of the way. I drove into the drive through and at the voice box the employee used his phone to put out audio saying this is the ghost of **** how may I help you? So I replied with my order. The employee then proceeded to use his phone to say No in a variety of languages. As I was pulling out of the drive through I saw the employee running out of the store with a wet floor sign to block the entry to the drive through.

      yesterday around 3:00 I ordered on line drive pick up breakfast sausage **** and they had to do it again give us the wrong item on both breakfast ****, unbelievable I complain door dash has me boiled up u know how many times srhry door dash my complaints were fuled and how much money I lost for incorrectly ordering .I'm A ********************************************* partial blind sorry for trying to survive and eat what I ordered is this the way. all employees treat customers and yet we have to go thru cash app door dash to get my refund right .customers are right what more proff do u need me to send pictures uv my disability I would appreciate if you can help me with my refunds nothing else I will say

      I was at the counter.i informed **** the cashier that I was low vision . And I needed help with the menu and prices ...then he says look up there then i told him once again i can not see the menu I need help then he says that's not his problem and I told him I'm blind you can't help me ..then no and walked away from the front counter and I'm still standing here now he said he's not helping me at all because of my language which I don't know where he got that from because I don't cuss

      I looked on- line for a particular item on the menu and found it I then drove to the location at ***************************** when I arrive there, I attempted to order ************* melt that was told that they do not sell that item and I showed them on the actual website for Jack-in-the-Box. It is listed on their late night. Menu I was attempting to purchase the sandwich close to 11 PM at night. I then called the next nearest location, which is located in ******* Texas on Nolana and was told that they did have the item on the menu. I also downloaded the Jack-in-the-Box app on my cellular device and looked for the ************ location and it also Has the item listed on the menu. This is upsetting that the employees at the ************ location stated that they do not sell the item when clearly it is listed both online and on the Jack in The box menu on the app.

      I bought 2, 1 hundred dollar gift cards, the store I bought them from said theyre active, the restaurant said they are inactive, so I tried to call customer care, but the office is never open.I would like to get refunded the $200, because as it appears I have $200 dollars of worthless plastic.

      Thak you for contacting us.  Guest Relations Dept. received an email from this guest on the 10/07 inquiring about whether he can use the gift card online or not.   Which we responded back and providing our email address and contact information.

      The picture that is attached to BBB report does not show the card #s.

      We would need additional information to look into this matter. We will email this guest and will request he contact us with this information.  If these cards were bought at a 3rd party vendor like a supermarket, they need to be taken back to them to refund. 

      Once this guest contacts us, we will be happy to address the issue.

      I ordered through the Jack in the box app (doordash) they brought me the wrong order, ive called on MULTIPLE occasions about my order being wrong to the point where the manager of the store and doordash were arguing on the phone about how the order should be issued. The customer service support insisted i called the store and when i did jack in the box insisted i called doordash to report my issue. i spent over $50 on my order and have not received any type of resolution to my issue! i need someone to please help me.

      I placed an almost 44 dollar order thru the mobile jack in the box app for delivery, from the ******* road Tumwater water Washington store at 805pm on 10/07/24. The entire order was trashed, the employees hung up on me, they forced my driver to wait 45 minutes for my food and everything was dumped out in the bags. I've tried requesting a refund through the app, I've tried contacting corporate, the store manager told me and that I can go f*** myself and she will not refund me and she hopes I get food poisoning, because I used to be her employee and she hates me. Now I k iw this was absolutely intentionally done and if something isn't done about this and I don't get my money back, my next step will be to file charges criminally bc it's a felony to mess with someone's food
