We went to store #****. For lunch. The place was a mess, someone had thru up on the floor. The tables were very dirty nasty. It was 11:30 am, three people working. It was very sad. We will not be going to any Jack in the box, ever againBusiness Response

I was charged three separate times on September 22nd for orders in two different cities I have never made that were made on my app with my name and number, I was then charged from my personal card that was used on the app. I had tried multiple times getting a reply for a resolution with no prevail.Business Response

I placed my order from the kiosk in the Drive-through line. when I got to the window, I was quoted a price which was more than I thought it should be, I was handed my food and change, but I was not handed the receipt. I asked for the receipt, and then the person working at the window, gave me the receipt. I drove away from the window, and back around the building, to look at the pricing on the Menu sign. I Compared the price that I shouldve paid with the ticket, and saw that I was overcharged by one dollar. I went back through the drive-through, and asked for The return of the amount by which I was overcharged. I was told by the person at the window that they had automatically upsized my order, and since we had already started eating the food, they would not refund the amount of the overcharge. I told them I would be glad to wait until they remade my order, And was told they would not do that and that I just needed to move along or would be charged with disturbing the peace. I asked to speak to the manager, and was told by the young man at the window that he was the manager. I asked that he give me his name, and he said he did not have to do that. This fellow was extremely argumentative and continued to interrupt anything and everything that I said, Obviously determined that he would have the last word. I Decided that I would just stay at the window until he changed his mind, and he advised me he was calling the police, which he apparently did, which was fine by me, I was willing to wait there until the police came and heard both sides of the story. I Waited for about five minutes, maybe more, and then decided to go ahead and leave, as I had work that I needed to do. I I believe that this particular store is certainly committing fraud, and perhaps outright theft, and probably has an internal conspiracy going on to do so. I intend to see what I can do to find some attorney to take a class action suit against ****-in-the-Box for conspiracy to defraudBusiness Response

I never received the order or the tracking number or a message or a call from the delivery man. I went to work at 3:30 pm and my order never arrived. I went to work without lunch because of him. I leave at 4 am and I haven't eaten.Business Response

jax is deceiving me again.
pretending they have no information history..... no one called me either....
i filed multiple multiple complaints prior against jax and del taco. Jax is the owner of del taco.
They are being abusive on and on.
They still cod care less.
They never respond back.

I m willing to go to arbitration, since my complaints against jax and del taco remain mishandled forever, to harass me.

Because I have had many issues with wrong orders I decided to check my order before pulling away. Somebody in the store yelled at me, when I looked up the woman acting as the manager continued to be rude after i told her "of course im going to check" she YELLED at me for checking my food to make sure it was right. I did fill out the online complaint form, the company has not responded. I called the store, they refuse to give me a corprate contact number, and said the manager is never physically at the location to speak with. The company has no phone number that customers can call. I want my money back and that staff punished for their rude behavior. I will attach a screenshot of my email showing i did contact customer service the way they asked.Business Response

For the second time in a row now, I use their mobile app online ordering, when I get to drive thru the worker claims they don't have my order. Today, I had to show them my order confirmation email showing the order number. They stared at it for 30 seconds like I was trying to scam them. I then showed them the app. I showed them the correct address. They falsely told me its the wrong address. I showed The worker took my phone out of my hand scrolled around and only when they found my order details did they bother to check their computer orders and started making my order. The entire ordeal took over half an hour with other cars behind me getting upset with the incredibly. long time it took in the drive thru. This is beyond unreasonable, this is outrageous and incompetent behavior from this company. Since this issue has happened at two separate locations I've witnessed, the company likely has a systemic ordering system issue that they should have but failed to correct. If I do not receive a timely and adequate response and compensation from Jack in the Box, I reserve my right to escalate this matter to regulatory authorities and seek legal remedies.Business Response
