My order was collected in the app.The restaurant had closed.There was a cleaning occurring. The phone number did not work but hung up each call and the drive through was closed.An employee came out and first said he could make parts of my order.Then an another employee began lying and saying they were out of stock of buns. The cleaners stole all the buns to make burgers apparently.Then the manager came out and lied and said I could a refund from the app.** was not offered a refund and could not get the order fulfilled at the store.I filed an online complaint and have received no refund nor correspondence.The customer service phone number remained closed the following day.The day manager would not honor the order with food nor refund the theft.Business Response

I go to that establishment all the time, and I order the same thing ice mocha coffee... the two last times I have gone in this one girl gives me a flavorless coffee, and expects me to drink , also not say anything .I bought the coffee for another person , and they told me the same thing .. the coffee was flavorless. I returned the coffee, and asked for my money back .. I went this morning at 10/17/2023, and the same girl said they couldn't serve me anymore , also that if I didn't leave they were going to call the cops. I was calm, and compose explain the reasoning , said she would still call the cops. I thought that was extreme, ask for the manager , said the manager wasn't in , also refuse to give me her name .Business Response

On 1/18/23, I placed a mobile order, arrived at drive-thru and restaurant was closed early. I later saw the charge in my bank and I submitted an inquiry (1/26) to JitB online. No Response. Again on 2/15. No response. Months went by I tried again (9/26), no response. So I'm here. I was charged $10.99.JitB needs to assure that mobile orders cannot be placed at a location that is closed.Business Response

I live in the neighborhood of the jack in the box located at ******************************************. I ordered a jumbo **** and the level of service was rude and disrespectful. I was charged extra for toppings already included on the sandwich and ******** the manager did not want to refund it to me. My order was taken incorrectly and I asked for eazy lettuce and no mayonnaise. There was mayo on my sandwich. ******** was very rude upon handing me my food. I order food every week from that location. I expect better treatment as a regular customer.Business Response

This is in regards to the ******, ** location on ********* *********. Went to the drive thru and wanted to order a meal when they were clearly open. When we approached the speaker to put in our order we were approached with silence (we were the only car in the queue). Right away we were told that they were understaffed and could not take our order and it was clearly during their operating hours. Very disappointed and according to ****** besides my review there have been several other people that have made similar complaints about the same location! This is completely asanine and a waste of company resources as this specific location has had many complaints about its service. These people shouldn't be allowed to be making $20 an hour for being mediocre.Business Response

Saturday on 09/16/2023 at 8:38 p.m I was picking up my order I placed through the mobile app when I got there I was waiting a long time so I went through the drive thru to see what was taking so long they told me they didn't have any loaded potato wedges then asked me if i wanted to substitute them with something I said yes but being polite I told them I could go around so they can serve the other people behind me because I wasnt sure what to substitute it with so I told them I was going to go back in line so they dont make the other customers wait so i can figure out what i wanted so I called my wife and asked her what she wanted to substitute it for we made a decision and i looked at my app and it says order complete I didn't receive any of my food so I finally made it to the window and asked them about my order they told me because it says complete there is nothing that they can do I tried getting ahold of them on ******** and through the app but I get no response what do I do in this situationBusiness Response

This manager needs to be fired immediately! There is no reason why i cant claim my rewards and is constantly denied my food order cause the manager is a creep he or she and is not doing their job! **************** informed us that months ago, he had a friend that worked at this location months ago and told him, she had issues there with the manager. I asked if he had any experiences there and he said no.
In conclusion, **************** expressed he had no issues with Jack in the Box and consider this closed.

On September 15th, 2023 at about 9:30pm I purchased a 3 piece chicken tenders meal at a Jack In The Box located at: ***********************************************************. The woman operating the drive thru did not give us a receipt with an order number.My complaint is the quality of the tenders given to me. These pieces were basically large nuggets with very little meat and inedible parts. They were not in the box that tenders normally come in but instead a small fry bag which was a red flag as to their size and quality. I had to throw away about half of the pieces! This is the 2nd time I have come late at night after being tired and wanting a quick meal. For some reason the quality is never good at night but the amount of money I paid is the same as during the day. Since we were not given a receipt I could not call customer service with an order number. This feels like it was on purpose so I wouldn't complain about the quality the employee KNEW was terrible.I would like a refund and/or a gift card for the value of time and energy wasted and the price of the tenders meal. The location I hope will also be contacted about their night crew skimping on their paying customers' orders.Business Response

Orders placed on the app are never fulfilled past 2 am, and basically can't get even get a refund even though filing a request. So tired of this s*** They are open to 4 am but really for drive thru, not app orders because they don't go through, I shouldn't be allowed to order if it won't be processed,..
