      Cancelled my order and doesn't answer the restaurant phone either and so this restaurant needs to shut down permanently

      I ordered from Jack in the box on the app. I went to the wrong location by mistake and didnt have time in my break to go to the location from which I ordered, so my food was never picked up. Yet they still charged me, *** tried multiple times to contract customer service and they never respond, nor do they have a working phone number. I just want my money back and the points I used this isnt legal or ok for them to do!

      Thank you for contacting us.  If you place the order at the wrong location and submit the order, the order is made at that location so you have the option to visit that location and get the food or contact them and let them know so they would not make the food and would not lose money and ask for refund through our website. 

      ******* filed a report on the 23rd. Our turn around for our website reports are 7-10 days. 

      We have provided a refund as courtesy to this guest and points were added back to the account. ******* also filed 2 other reports for refund of delivery order, but we were unable to find any delivery orders for ********* other requests.

      We have emailed ******* a confirmation of the order at the wrong location that was refunded.

      Went to jack in the box store #**** in spring valley. Cashier "****** S" was very rude to me. Unprofessional. We ordered 3 combos. One of them combos we asked for French fries , 2nd combo curly fries & last we asked for half French fries & half ***** fries. She gave us all French fries. When I told her we were missing the curly fries she got an very bad attitude with me & responded "well I gave you extra fries" I told her "we ordered curly fries" with attitude she responded "yeah but i gave you extra fries" like she wanted to shut me up with the extra fries. At the end she gave me my curly ********* offered to return the extra fries (which i never touched) she responded me with worst attitude "no you already touched *********** walked away. That was very disrespectful & disgusting from her part to asnwer me like that. So Unprofessional. She has no customer service at all. If she can't get orders correct & take care of the problem professionally I don't know why she's working there. She has no customer service.

      I placed an order for pick up through the app. The app accidentally crashed and closed out while I was submitting my order. When I opened the app and completed my order I received 2 emails showing my order had went through twice. At pick up it was explained that I only wanted 1 order. They gave me one order and told me to request a refund through the app. I was charged $14.74 twice and and had 50 reward points redeemed twice.Ive emailed customer service and have no responses. Ive called corporate and the office is always closed. Ive reached out on Threads, Instagram, and TikTok. Jack in the Box has done nothing to help me. My order numbers are ***************** &*****************

      On 1-8-25 at about 9:45 pm I tried to place an order online. After clicking submit I got an error message so we drove to the Jack in the Box location and ordered at the drive through and ordered. About an hour later I was checking my email and saw a confirmation for the order that I got an error message on earlier and I was charged. I tried calling several times but no answer, I sent an email but no response. I forwarded the email that they provide for issues ************************************** but to date I have not received a response.I would like a refund for the order I did not receive or know that was placed because I got the error. Nothing prompted me to check my email but the error said something to the effect of something went wrong when I pressed order. My order # is ***************** for $27.60.

      Ordered a whole combo and tacos online for drivethru pickup and got the order confirmation..25minutes later I went to pick it up but was told that they never received any orderI showed them the email confirmation and even the correct address I had the order sent to but they just kept saying that they didnt get any orders through. They had me park in the parking lot which I waited for the next 10minutes because they wanted to see if the order would come through on their system. Finally they come out and tell me that they never got any orders come through and they cant help me anymoreI asked them if they can just at least make my owner now since I had already paid but they said they can because they cant prove if I had paid or not or if Im trying to scam them to get free food . Even thought I had the confirmation email they still refuses to make me my ******** I guess I lost $26 worth of food.

      Jack in the box store # FA0283045 in ********, Ca. This location has bugs and rats and manager, a short Mexican lady with short hair laughed and said do not eat her, and called me names in ************** inspector needs to go to store immediately alot of elderly and children eat here. This is not ok!
