      Unproperly managed,i know someone who previously worked at this location and they notified me the manager and some of coworkers are doing drugs in the bathroom and smoking indoors,the restrooms,lobby and especially the kitchen is not up to standards and is dirty,filled with food,old food,is never cleaned,theres trash everywhere,management is never there and if the manager is he is under the influence and not paying his employees correctly especially if they work overtime; employees are barely there,the manager tells you,that you have a off day then calls on that off day,i have been inside and seen the condition and this place l. It needs to be shut down and needs new management absolutely do not recommend going here, absolutely atrocious and is a complete safety hazard.

      Worst service ever. Waited over 40 minutes in drive through on New Years Day. Then got overcharged and they said they refunded me but would not present the receipt. Never received our food after waiting forever. They were very rude and disrespectful. This was in ******************

      Drive through on ***********. ********, *****. Ordered a teriyaki bowl, paid $7.99. The wait time was very long. Workers were just standing around. After receiving my order I questioned the portion size( small bowl that my hand could cover), i questioned why the contents were only half of the container and I questioned why there was no vegetable in the order. I assume it was the manager. He pointed at a green speck and said there they are and looked at me like I was stupid. So I paid $7,99 for this small container that isnt even half full? He looks at me and shrugged his shoulders like saying yea and so? horrible customer service and the price is a rip off for a 1/4 serving of what you would normally get. I took pictures for proof. They dont even deserve the one star. Never again.

      They forgot my food and have horrible customer service **************** ** ***** off hacienda never received a receipt ordered two sourdough jacks one ultimate cheeseburger eight tacos no lettuce and never received my sourdough **** and the food was cooked very very poorly my ultimate cheeseburger was not edible at all 27 dollars down the drain I refuse to come back here thanks !

      This is one of the worst *********** ive ever been to in my life! Me and about 4/5 other people sat in line for 20 minutes in the drive threw waiting to get our orders taken! After waiting 20 minutes I got at the window just to hear somebody playing on the speaker which was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Then just to talk to 3 different people on the speaker! It was terrible then I didnt even receive all of my items once my bags was handed to me! I had to drive back to this location with cold food just to receive everything that I was missing! Once I got home I had to see that my order was completely wrong I asked for a Spicy Chicken Sandwich & this is what I received my Order is missing tomatoes ?? and it DISGUSTING ??! Someone please contact ME AND ISSUE ME A REFUND! Thank you! I also spoke with the new owner of this location twic about receiving my refund and I still havent received he said that corporate was suppose to call or email ****** still havent received anything!!! *** also tried to call him multiple times

      Food poisoning when stepping out of the location started to feal sick and it was. The only meal after a long drive so it could not been something else

      I had the worst experience twice now This Jack in the box by my house. The first one was I got food and my burgers were hard on the bun with probably old bread, and look stepped on. Disgusting and had to return from ordering from drive through how frusterating spending your money to get old food. Now this morning I had my daughter and her friend and they wanted some food and I thought hey maybe Ill give them a second try and hopefully this time it will be fresh. Because I truely believe you shouldnt base a company off one bad experience but it was twice now. I waited 20 minutes and still didnt have my food and had to ask for a refund i literally seen the kids meals sitting there and they said they were waiting for fries how unfprofessional for one because my food had been sitting and now waiting on fries and then the fact it was a 20 plus minute wait and then I received no apology they actually had one of the employees acting as if I was a huge problem for asking for my money back because I was waited 20 minutes. I have the receipt and was waiting since 9:40 receipt said and it was almost 10 am by the time I asked for my refund. Then got treated like that I was a problem for calmly asking for a refund. Its fast food not a diner which I could have got my food quicker. Poor service, like poor poor service. Makes **** look like a joke of a company. Unprofessional and dont know how to talk to people. The food obviously is old because they dont know how to time management when cooking and handling drive through and in person orders. I will be reporting to health department as it was super dirty and didnt look like it had been cleaned that morning like it should be. The whole store is just a joke all around from service to cleansliness , and the food . Worst service Ive ever experienced.

      Garbage I think Jack in the box is garbage the lady just got done telling me to go f*** myself literally and started making fun of me like bullying me out the window and told me to go shove my tacos in my a** that I deserve to die this wasn't the first time I have encountered this type of business customer service with this company and I would like to give them the worst name possible please help me with this business for I try to get a hold of customer complaint service and they don't even have a customer complaint I feel helpless and frustrated and outraged somebody's going to have to handle it or I will handle it myself promise you that so what is it going to be

      Under repair, running maintenance, machine is broken, no this, no that yall have no respect for the common people. I understand costumer service especially in the fast food industry is difficult but on a human level not only does this corporation demean the employees and demand to solve corporate wide issues but also serve inhumane food products to its clientele and customers on an hourly basis. It used to be just an issue with the order, maybe something missing, but now it has sent me and my family to the *** The food isnt safe. The staff are disrespectful. And the prices reflect loss of business.
