      The girl with the ************ on her neck is rude... She was rude to me, and the next two customers in line, I asked for her name she said she's not going to tell me her name... The ***** after me said no cheese on his burger she laughed at him and said so do u want cheese or not to the point he say it don't matter... I asked for my refund and the guy didn't want to give me a receipt ... He said I had to take a picture... He was cursing right in front of me. This whole store needs to employees. I haven't even recieved my refund

      The employees tell the minor working to touch the fryer, the employees do not correctly sanitize equipment, they don't do the 3 steps for sanitizing equipment, they employees yell at each other including Manger. The mangers treating you with write **** they make you stuff your not supposed to, they say there's rules that are not actually rules, bad customer service, they don't restock change, they only clean act professional when a audit is there.

      The Jack in the box at 1300 Jensen Ave Sanger, CA 93657 has a 24 hour drive thru window but the graveyard shift is nowhere to be seen. When customers order using the drive thru intercom the person on the other end states that their system is being updated. I do not believe this and also I doubt the system needs to be updated nightly as this has never been the case before. I would not complain but this has happened multiple times. Also now that the minimum wage is $15.00 an hour how is it the employees have gotten lazier and do less work.

      Unfortunately, I ate horrible food at Jack in the box (Store #***) on 4/29/23. The fries were burnt, spicy chicken ***************************** was dry, and over the top spiced. It wasn't a surprise after I ate half of my hamburger and fries (threw the rest in the trash) that the restaurant was empty. Save yourself money and a bad food experience. In my opinion, the manager of this fast food business should be replaced.

      The location on ********** failed to fill my order correctly. instead of correction they assaulted me with calling the local police over french fries. What a shame this corporation is. NEVER AGAIN!

      I was threatened by a employee at ***********,** off missiouri flat road her name was ****************and she was very unprofessional she was cursing and threw my bag of food at me in my car in front of my children. Please watch out for her this is not the first time i believe she should not work around citizens .

      I went through the drive thru in Hollywood ** off highland and I was charged .94 cents for a tip without my knowledge or permission. This is very bad business practice

      I stopped at Jack in the Box in *************, ** this morning to get breakfast. We walked in and stood at the counter waiting for someone to take our order. We waited 15 minutes while the workers seen us standing there and never acknowledged us. We were the only people in the restaurant and maybe 2 cars in the drive through. We left and went somewhere else. The workers are very lazy, disrespectful, and deserve to be FIRED.

      This was the location in *******,**. I was on my lunch break and there was only one car ahead of me in line. When I got to the speaker box I told the person I was in a rush cause I was on my lunch break and she asked me to hold. I thought she said go to the window. When I did, I asked for a sprite upon which she said ok. Then immediately said you know I what?. NO!! you cant have a sprite. We are out.) She said it with such a disrespectful attitude, I just left. I didnt do anything to deserve that.even though I could see the order screen behind her for the people that ordered behind me and they were getting one,)
