Rip off! Scam reports of information anyone can find online and website trys repeatedly to sign you up for a forever membership. Then the head office never returns or answer call so millions of people who were ripped off can't cancel the bs membership they were signed up for. Anyone associated to this company belongs in prison receiving free foot longs.Truthfinder

They offer an opt out option that deletes your records from their database. However,I can't opt out because they use phone numbers and email addresses that are 20 years old to send the information I need to verify my identity. I "reached out" to someone in their support team to get assistance but I have yet to hear from them,Truthfinder

Horrible scam. I paid for a basic report and was signed up for subscription with my knowledge. Never received an invoice but kept getting charged monthly. Such a waste and scam- buyer beware!!! They are the worst!Truthfinder

I went to delete my personal data from their site, which guided me to people connect. I've signed up for the people connect supression tool in the past, but now it shows that no profiles are matching, despite truthfinder is still advertising my data, and that i cannot opt out in any way.This business is stealing data and is not willing to remove them, s**** truthfinderTruthfinder

The site worked fine until it took my money. Then I couldn't use it. None of the reports would come up and when you try and cancel it stays on a loading screen making it impossible. I tried calling their number and got hung up on.Truthfinder
