They talk a good game. They never say anything about cost upfront, then at the last minute BAMN there it is. And it is more than you think it would be. They should say it right up front from the start.

TruthFinder fraudulently charge me for 13 months of their service at $364.65. I sign up to use it once for $3.99 which they charged also. Looking to get a refund. Have not heard back from the company yet. I will update review if they resolve. If not I will provide more details of *******.Truthfinder

When a user activates their account, they must provide an electronic signature authorizing TruthFinder to charge their card as described, including for the automatic renewal of their membership. Our Terms of Use, Billing Details, and ************ prominently displayed on the website, offer a full explanation of our billing terms. Your initial payment on March 5, 2023, included a subscription to our Unlimited Person Reports for $28.05 every 30 days and a one-time payment of $3.99 for access to Unlimited PDF downloads.Customers are able to cancel online from within their account, through our Customer Phone Support, or by sending an email to ******************************** After a thorough investigation, we have determined that no cancellation attempts were made through any of these channels prior to March 12, 2024. We can confirm that the subscription has now been canceled. As a courtesy, we have refunded all of the charges except for the initial charges incurred on March 5, 2023, back to the payment option used to enroll, and no further charges will be incurred. Truth finder is not the best place to find what youre looking for they are a scam and then lie every detail about you. They lie to try to get you to pay for their services to benefit their benefit their ******** services. theyre not honest . Very dishonest dont use them They deserve a zero rating they just want to get your info and they lie about what they find I have a clean record and Im a first responder nothing to what is says on their findings. Truthfinder is nothing but a scam as I paid $30 and they gave me no more information than what I had found by doing my own online researches and doing it for free they charge for anything extra that *** come up on the report that should actually be included in it for $30 but yet they want to nickel and dime you to death and still give you nothing more than what you can find on your own don't waste your time with these kinds of scamsTruthfinder

************* Once they get your email they will hit you daily with dozens of popups. An emailed complaint to them was returned with directions to find how to unsubscribe. It took several screens but I finally found it but it didn't unsubscribe. I have emailed back and they refuse to remove my email from their system. Most if not all of what they want to charge exorbitant fees for can be found for free. In the strongest of recommendations I suggest you do not enter the rabbit hole that is TruthfinderTruthfinder

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR PACKAGE. It is almost impossible to cancel. I have go to their website and cancelled twice and I was still be charged 28 dollars a month. When I called their customer service they said that I only cancelled a small portion of their service. Very, very misleading website. Not an ethical company at all!
