During a ****** search to find my county clerk's office to look up a case number, I see a link that says Free Court Records Search | Just Enter a ************* Now Public ************** *********************************** court records I clicked on it and landed on Truthfinder, so after 5 min or so of waiting for my free report and reading several warning labels of false information that stated "You may be shocked to see ***** has several criminal and federal criminal cases". I got to the page before I could view this report but I had to pay ***** first. So they lied about being free initially, so I wonder if a company that has to trick you to get to their website is worth paying for to find the truth?Truthfinder

I would not trust this site at all. Half of the information is wrong. Yes, they do put in tiny writing that the information is not 100% accurate, not updated, etc. This should tell you, truthfinder is not "the truth", only a few and very few information is correct. Well I wanted to remember/find an old ********* address where I lived and I went to this site... what a SERIOUS mistake. After not paying for their report they have notified me dozens and dozens of times and opened web pages on my machine. These guys are SCARY... they may be click tracking me so I used my other machine to change all my sensitive passwords. I am so SORRY I went to their site.Truthfinder

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. I received a spam email from Truthfinder and decided to check it out. Ever since, I get numerous popup advertisements every freakin time I go on the computer. This has been going on for weeks. I emailed them requesting to stop this spam c*** but not even a reply. DO NOT EVEN OPEN anything from them. I was surprised that they have a 3 star rating with BBB. It finds some information. But Nothing more than a free service will find. If you want to pay for pdf file download option and alerts for things you can find out in a simple free ****** search then it's for you pay for the service. There's no secret way to find out information that isn't already public information. It's odd all websites claim to find hidden emails, dating sites, things people might be wanting to pay to find out. There's no more to find out than what's already public it takes 2 min more to find out the same information. Not worth no money to meTruthfinder

This business uses deceptive practices. When generating reports, many unnecessary steps are included with arbitrary wait times to deceive users into feeling like they need to purchase the report (sunk-cost fallacy). Costs are not made clear up front and it is not stated that loading bars on the website are fake (this is outright deceptive).Truthfinder

I'm unable to get passed the confirm email page to get to my reports. click on set ************* does nothing but blnk when I click on. The reports are on the page but can't access them until I get past set password. It doesn't give me any errors so this let's me believe that it's a scam . They got my money n never possesed the reports. There's no access to the reports unless you can get past set password and it doesn't look like it has a back door to them. I have contacted this company many times to tell them take my info off of the site. Most of the info they have doesn't belong to me. They even have me with 3 birth dates. Recently I put in for another remove yet they come back with emails promoting the business and what they "think they know" I'm fed up with all the disinformation.Truthfinder

Unresponsive to messages. Charged me and did not allow access.I used them for a few months, some reports are inaccurate. I did find some good info on people I searched for, but I had to do a lot of digging on my own on government and legal sites to find out what I needed. The criminal background checks are mostly driving violations, seat belt wearing, and other nonsense like this. I had to actually pay again for official police reports to get truth. The only accurate info I found was the list of relatives and the properties owned. I canceled my subscription in January after I was charged for one additional month. I received a confirmation that I will have access until February something. Every time I tried to access my reports, I was prompted to pay again.I contacted the help center twice so far, no response. In my last message I mentioned that I will leave a review if they ignore me again. So, here it is. I paid for something I did not get. This is the truth about truthfinder.Truthfinder
