I thought it used to be good but it is now below a one star both in accuracy and even just effectiveness for what anyone is trying to look for highly do not recommend.

Their add; The site say's it's free, it isn't. Oh, yes!!! It's not free for the first "record" nor any other record. They charge you for either a one day fee or a monthly fee! Oh, yes, the site hints at some scandalous items that *** be included in the report I;e; ***, *** and more sex!!!! Oh, no, they *** be wanted by the government, pay and you'll see!!! Then again, they *** have a criminal past!!!! Do you know what sites they're on or what they look-up??? you should know all of this, plus more!!!! I just have to ask, is this the kind of information that our Forefathers' thought that in our America, we need to know on every American??????Truthfinder

I cant even give this company one star, looked up my friends husband who she has been married to for 30+ years and the info on cars was 20 years old, said he was one of millions with no social media and we are literally friends on 3 sites! Looked up Several of our other friends and same crap! Cancelled subscription and got billed the next month too!Truthfinder

I purchased a one month unlimited subscription-I know it will automatically renew unless I cancel. I searched a few people whom I know have certain issues that should show up. Three people I searched have been divorced- those records didnt show up. Another person has a criminal record that didnt show up. Businesses owned/sold did not show up. Financial information that exists did not show up. Legal proceedings and traffic citations did not show up. Since I found my own information and that of close associates severely lacking, I cant trust any of the information provided.Truthfinder

Wasted nearly a half hour waiting on their site to update with "new" information just to find out they are just another overpriced service selling basic reports that can be had for a couple of bucks instead of the $30+ they want to charge. Services like this should have to disclose that they are a paid service with their prices posted in large type on the landing page of the website. Either that or compensate me for my time while I have to scroll and click through their endless BS just to get an answer.Truthfinder

So disappointed and frustrated with this fraudulent company. I paid almost $30.00 for one month on a subscription service. After I realized that I could not get a full background check without paying $3.99per report, I got upset and signed out. I then cancelled my monthly subscription, and was told it would end in 30 days, and I could access account until then. A day or two later I decided to go back to my account to see if this information was correct, because I couldnt believe they would dare to change more for what I just signed up for!! Ran some Timelines, and then dumbfounded by all of the inaccurate information was there. Even my own has me living in places Ive never been, and associated with people Ive never met!! I then decided to actually pay the $3.99 for the full report, as I was trying to get information on my granddaughter. When I started to process the payment through PayPal, the charges changed to $7.99!! I never finalized the transaction, and have found out they charged me $3.99+tax for a Report I never got!! This website is a rip-off and not honest from the get-go. I want all of my Money back!! This has truly been a stressful and disappointing waste of my time and money!! BEWARE!!Truthfinder

I would give a 0 star if possible. I just signed up for a membership (1/15/24). I dont think the company is upfront and honest about the fees. One month is $28.05 then a fee for PDF $3.99 and then a fee for searching the dark web of $2.99? Thats when I cancelled my membership-dont believe in ripping ppl off. Way too many crazy charges. I never looked at my report or downloaded anything. Please refund the charges of $28.05 and $3.99. Also, dont put me on any kind of phone list, (or sell my info) ,mailing list or email list. ********************* on this scam. Not only is the information found by doing a ****** search, they scare you by saying youre on a government watch list and there are illicit photos of you. When you look, there really is nothing to see. I immediately cancelled after they charged me over $50 for useless information. Buyer beware, Ive been scammed by these scammers. I learned nothing from my report, but I did learn not to trust these people. I want the unused membership returned.Truthfinder
