This app is so frustrating. First, they wasted my time and put me through such a long time telling me that my results will be shocking. And after a lot of time putting in answers to the website, it told me I had to pay almost 30 bucks before getting any results. Then, when I unfortunately paid for the monthly subscription, I didn't get a lot of the results I was looking for. I didn't get any information on marriage statice, I didn't get any information about possible relationships with any of the people I checked. I couldn't get a lot of the information I was trying to find, considering everything was horribly off. Most of it wasnt up to date, and I got a few wrong answers.

In March 2023 I opened an account to assist with an information search and this site offered nothing helpful so I unsubscribed and received a confirmation email that I would not be billed. I have been billed for 5 months of services that they claim are active under a separate subscription, and thus were not affected by my previous cancellation. I believe this to be incredibly deceptive and Id like to request a refund for the charges I was made to believe would be stopped after my initial cancellation. I wasnt able to get any useful information from the website yet they continued to bill me for months.Truthfinder

These jerks sold my information to THE DARK WEB. Now, scammers are constantly coming out of the wood works trying to con me. Beware of this company as they are pure evil. How do i know you may ask? Norton anti-virus identified them to me.Truthfinder

Complete scam. If you cancel, watch your bill and keep all of your documentation as they will continue to bill you. It is a bait and switch, try it free but pay for it when you get to the point of information. I cancelled within a few days of signing on and they have been billing me for months!No sure how they have an A+ rating from the BBB.Truthfinder

BAIT AND SWITCH AFTER USELESS/INACCURATE SEARCH I would steer clear of Truthfinder. First of all they were unsuccessful in helping me find the person's obituary I was looking for; secondly, they had inaccurate information listed about the person. Lastly, the website is extremely misleading and will sign you up for multiple accounts with monthly "unlimited" searches even if you only want a single search. Steer clear!!Truthfinder

Complete scam. The website proceeds itself as if it was free, it Takes a long time to answer all these questions, their words and marketing trying to hype you up along the way, 30 mins in, right before your about to get your results, bam! You must pay them $30 or all your time is wasted and you must close out of the search, an find a new one. There was a lot of time spent waiting for my results to be loaded. But it was clearly them trying yo use a tactic to get me to pull out my card and pay because I just spent all this time giving them personal answers for my research, then acting like they are about to give me my results the whole time, just to throw a dollar amount in my face before they reveal anything. If you want money for your service be up front and honest about the fact that you will want money in the end. Dont act like ur service will be free, to waste my time, to hopefully get money from me.
