Dated info and very expensive, but they dont tell you the price until you go through a 15 minute download process. Never again! I logged into the website to cancel and they offered a revised price, which I accepted but they never changed it on my card . Frustrating

I paid the monthly fee. Found some info yon me was inaccurate. Looked up my kids. Apparently they dont exist. Locked up two different others with records and its not listed.I wouldnt recommend this site as it is a waste of money.Truthfinder

The escalating charges come out of nowhere and are hard to decipher and before you know it, you're being charged up to 50 dollars a month. When I caught on (way too late btw), I cancelled my subscription and was suddenly offered a $10.99 bundle that included all of the extras I had been charged for the previous 6 months. It' s a game of whackamole. Stay clear. Not worth it. You have to watch it very closely, way too closely, IMO. It's one of those "services" that are very tricky to manage because they don't allow transparency.Truthfinder

scam!!!! even after you pay, you cannot access your report. You can't sign in because you have to have two factor authentication and the code never comes through. You can call but you cannot get anyone to answer. You can't cancel online because you can't access your account. You can't get your report because you can't access your account. I have now been on hold for 30 minutes and have yet to get someone to answer. This is a joke and why the BBB says they have an A+ rating is a poor reflection on the Better Business Bureaus dependability.Truthfinder
