Total Scam!They say its a one time charge, but then they trick you and keep charging your card each month.

I did not approve of my information to be added to this site and while I know it "gathers" information from other sources, the information provided is completely false. Additionally, it has also put me in a situation where I've had to explain that the information provided on background checks is false - this has led to me either not being accepted for jobs or having to explain that the information is not valid and somehow show proof. It's exhausting and it's affecting my livelihood. I am requesting that all of my information be removed from the site immediately. I do not give consent to use my information at all. Don't waste your money. The report gives you information you can get on your own. They also stated you could cancel anytime. I canceled the next day and they charged me 30 days later for my subscription. A subscription I had canceled. It's a scam!!!!!!!Truthfinder

Please don't waste your money, they are a complete scam. I tried to find an old marriage certificate and divorce papers. The site did not even have my correct birthdate. (and I have a very unique name) It was baffling to me just how wrong the info was. They did not even get correct info right (such as LinkedIn) The other scam is that they charge you another 4 dollars processing fee to access your record once you pay up to view.Truthfinder

I paid $30 out of curiosity to see what would come up on my own report. 10+ errors including easily searchable information such as my date and year of birth. You are also bombarded with upsell options after the $30, including having to pay to download the report, and more upsell attempts as you sort through your results. Not worth the one-time $30 fee, and certainly not worth an ongoing $30 fee. Clearly, I'm not the only one experiencing such disappointing results. Maybe instead of a lengthy response to your unreliable (and not free) product your time would be better invested improving your product.Truthfinder

Just like all the other sites, you jump through many hoops, wait patiently, then when your report is finally ready you are asked to provide credit card information. I went with this company because I thought it would do the trick.I was trying to find relatives on both sides, my mother just passed way . We wanted to get all the family members to form a family reunion. I am sorry I didnt print everything, since they saved all my searches I would be fine. But no because they blocked me , because I was going to fast . I dont want to wait a year to find the correct members, more members of my family might die before that. Inaccurate information. I don't have any traffic tickets. I won a case against someone that hit my car. There is a divorce case that was never finalized. That is it. Very dishonest. They make it seem like youre getting a free report and make you go through the entire process of gathering information and long download times. They keep you on the edge of your seat telling you the search may provide sexual offender information and criminal info. About 20 mins later, they tell you a 5 day trial where you pay $7 now and $29.95/month after for unlimited searches. Then a tab pops up and says you can choose to just get the single report with no commitments. Click that and it says the single report will cost you $29.95. All that waiting. All that anticipation only to use it as BAIT to SWITCH their tactics. GTFOHTruthfinder
