Dont even think about this site! Signed up for 1 time use it showed it would be good for 30 days. I was billed again today when I called to find out why I was told I signed up for a monthly subscription. No I did not. I canceled but he could not give me a refund only to say that it would be good for another 30 days.

Good luck trying to cancel - when you sign up and start researching, it seems that you're going to get a decent amount of info. No complaints there. As you go deeper, it's a bit of a "bait and switch" and each 'extra' is another (separate) monthly subscription. I opted for it, so - my bad. I no longer needed the service and cancelled it, but the charges keep coming. When I disputed the charges with my credit card company, Truthfinder locked my account. Luckily I'd taken a screenshot when I filed a complaint with my credit card company so I have proof. I'm bracing myself to yet another slew of charges this month.Truthfinder

Awful usability. Like a maze. No clear instructions like Enter subject name. Its nearly impossible to get what you need. I processed myself and information was way off base plus there were only two relatives listed. Wrong. When I processed myself, it took almost half an hour.Truthfinder

Truth finder is a joke! It's false advertising. It states that you can do it for free, then they drag you for at least 10 minutes, to tell you you have to pay. I will never use it. It's garbage! They shove tons of fake loading screens into their product to waste your time, they then stick you with an initially undisclosed bill at the end of it all.l before giving you any of the information. Even if the person's profile is nearly empty, they won't disclose that. I've seen other, more consumer friendly services suddenly start redirecting their traffic to this trash site. They waste your time and overcharge you. There are better alternatives. Don't give these leeches your money.Truthfinder
