      Very poor customer service. After I complained about my shoes not having arrived in the time frame that was on my purchase email, the customer service rep wanted to be argumentative and stated that the shoes were to arrive in 2-5 business days, but the website and my receipt stated 2-4. The tracking number stated that the shoes were enroute but ******* stated that they were going to be delivered that day, BUT I received an email that morning stating that they would be delivered the following day. What a mess! Oh BTW it had been over 7 days.

      I WANT OUT, I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS "MEMBERSHIP"!I've emailed and called to cancel. I cannot get through on the phone, and the email response says they cannot answer my question because I have not included an order number. I will report this company to the **** and reverse the charges to my credit card. DO NOT BUY SHOES from this company unless you want to spend $50 per year or lose hours of your life trying to cancel a worthless membership.

      I have been a long-time VIP customer of **********************. Each year I have found their customer service decline. Two weeks ago I attempted to purchase two pairs of shoes plus running shorts. The website would not allow me to pay so I called in the order. The customer representative was polite but defiinitely poorly trained. After 30 minutes on the phone (Yes for two pairs of shoes and shorts) when she checked me out she told me the price was $40 more than what it should have been. When I brought it to her attention she couldn't quite grasp that I was being overcharged. She kept putting me on hold for 4-5 minutes and then after 44 minutes (yes that is right) she told me that I would have to pay the overcharge figure and then request a reimbursement later on. I told her to cancel the order. After a couple of minutes I called back to request the ability to speak to a ******** Service Supervisor. I was put on hold for 14 minutes and the finally told to leave a message for ******* as she was very busy dealing with other people (hmmmmm). I left a message and was told I would hear from her within a couple of hours. Never heard from them. I called to cancel my VIP membership and they never even asked why. I read where the original owner has turned the business over to his children. I wish I could speak with them to let them know that their business is simply going downhill. I'm done with them. Oh and I called another company to order the shoes and I was done and off the phone within 4 minutes. That is how its supposed to be done.

      I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. My last purchase was 2020. I cancelled my VIP membership and last year (2022) I was charged a membership fee. It makes me wonder how many other times I was charged and missed it. I canceled my credit card and got another. TODAY, they tried to charge me $49.99. Thankfully, my credit card company denied the payment. I called RRS and they couldnt find any charges. ** huh.I am DONE with this company. Buyers beware. Pay in cash.

      VIP is offered as a free service at check out, but you need to click 2 or 3 'Learn More' links before getting to the fine print that mentions a $49.99 annual charge. When you cancel you lose all of your accrued VIP cash. Other reviews mention that spending any of this cash will make cancelling impossible. Cancelling, once I learned of the charge was seemingly easy, but required a phone call and I was told that it will take 3-5 days to process. That is suspicious and warrants a follow up.

      Horrible membership program and customer service. The website states free shipping and trying a shoe for 90 days, yet they fail to clarify that you will be charged $10 to return/exchange a shoe,even if the shoe is unworn. I work in a hospital ER and buy several tennis shoes a year as I do 20k or so steps per night on my 12 hr shifts. They will never get my business again because they could not make an exception to ***** me the $10 shipping fee I was unaware of just once. Buy from ****** or ****** that do free shipping on returns. Not only this but they have messed up several of my orders before. Not the kind of experience I want to deal with at all

      I've been buying shoes here for around a year. I run a lot, so I've already purchased several pairs for myself and husband. I'm currently in Northern ********* and needed a new pair so I ordered a new brand to get shipped to me. I tried them on in the house and within the house immediately HATED them. I have since returned them and was first charged for return shipping (extremely annoying). Now, I'm being charged as the shoes are worn and they have "stains" on them. See picture below for the worn shoes with stains. Fortunately, running shoe stores are easy to come by in our area so I will be cancelling our membership and going elsewhere. A true membership allows you to walk around in your shoes and return them.

      I wore these shoes long enough around the house to tell that they were too big for me. I tried to return and got the package back saying they do not take returns or exchanges for worn shoes. Well they were perfect and I have no idea how you can tell how shoes are if you can't wear them for a few minutes. I am now out 130 dollars plus the cost of shipping them back. Not sure yet if they charged me again to ship them back to me. This is a terrible company and I wish I had read the reviews. I have been buying sneakers on line for years and have never seen such a thing. Do not shop here.

      After YEARS of repeatedly canceling of my VIP membership, I am still being charged!! Terrible customer practices. Would give them zero starts if it was an option.

      The representative suggested I buy two pairs of shoes, a 10 1/2 and an 11 and return. The ones that I didn't like well neither of them fit because ***** changed how they make their shoes on and a half was too small. The 11 was too big I sent the shoes back, one month later I called them up because it always takes three weeks and she said it would take three weeks for the refund. I called him one month later like where is the money? I'm told I'm gonna get merchandise credit because it was ******** on the shoes? I said prove it they said oh sorry it's been too long. We can't prove it. I said send me back my shoes then I'll sell them. They said oh we can't do that. We've already donated them, I would never buy another pair of shoes from these people never have I ever had this kind of an issue from any running shoe company ever I would buy your shoes and ****************
