      Ridiculous hold on an escrow check we received from our mortgage company. These crooks keeping the money for 5 days. Jerkoffs needed money for college tuition.

      Signed up with them because the WEBSITE offered a bonus after 90 days ( with qualifications) I called after the 90 days and now they saying I have to wait more . Terrible bank

      Mr. ******* ****** CEO please contact me - You have illegally foreclosed on my home. The case with the Enterprise complaints management team. The case number in the Kings County Supreme Court.I never received money from Wells Fargo Bank N.A. You are holding out as the Trustee for ************************* 2007-OPT1. This trust was established to securitize residential mortgages. As you know this trust that you were the trustee for was harmed the investors and the *** sued the Trust. The loans were fraudulent, and they misled the Investors and the homeowners. The mortgage assignment filed in the State of ******** was retroactively executed and notarized by ***** C. ******. This document was not only notarized outside the jurisdiction of its situs but was also backdated to simulate a legal transfer of interest that never occurred in fact or time. This is a material fraud that destroys the integrity of the public record and offends the conscience of equity.I met with the Lady who signed the Note - she claimed to a VP of Wells Fargo in 2007, guess what she never worked for Wells Fargo.*** S. ******, never worked for Wells Fargo Bank N.A. yet you used fraudulent documents to justify your position to take away my house. Unfortunately, you continuously seek to take away the shelter for my family and you know how fraudulent the documents were that you filed in New York State Courts - through Fein, Such and Crane. I have all certified copies of all the documents that was filed. I have sent copies of the files to the U. S. Attorney Honorable *** *****. Respectfully,Ambassador S *****

      Reasons reasons reasons reasons reasons why the can't do got letter in mail saying do this that was a bunch of false info got info after 2-3 hours that it was up to individual branch to settle dispute went to one after standing in line no results no banker on duty called another branch said no he had to on acct call # on letter sent to wrong department and no help why send out a letter that's not true bunch BS iam through with them after 15plus years

      This is without a doubt the least customer service bank you can go to. When I walk in immediately they can find a reason not to help. Do Yourself a huge favor bank with anyplace else.

      Shut down credit card for no reason. Asked for identification and tax forms to prove my identity - I understand as I would want to make sure no one is running up things on my SSN. I turn in paperwork and no one is able to talk to me on the phone about why it is being rejected and why they want my tax info from 2 years ago when I have had the account a year and a half now. I spent several hours on the phone where they are sorry they can not help nor tell me how to fix the form being filled out. I can go to my "local branch" and they can help which is not local to me. I give up if they wanted my business they would try to help - I have done everything in my power to give them what they want and they are doing nothing. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

      Terrible bank. I have been given so much misinformation regarding what I needed in order to deposit my father's checks after he passed (. I've spent a total of 6 hours over 3 appointments and 4 calls to estate care. I have done everything they asked me to do. I asked more than once if my brother (the other beneficiary) needed to be there or needed to sign the affidavit, and was told he did not (his name is also on the savings account). Today I'm told this was incorrect after waiting over 30 minutes with the banker who contacted estate care because he had to scan the affidavit to them. The checks still are not deposited. I am the executor. This is ridiculous

      I can never understand why banks that you give all your money and support to for years can never help you with a little small loan when you need it. You been given to this bank all this time and now time has come where yo are struggling and need their help to pay bills, etc. they wont do it! This needs to change, I know my credit is not good and lots of stuff. I am your loyal client for yearrrsss. Now I need help and you cant look out for me. Its not fair

      I just need to verify if I have deposited a cashiers check from Wells Fargo. The automated check verification tells me to contact customer service and customer service says to use the automated check verification. Ive gone in circles and no one at the branch can help either. I cant drive so I cant go to a branch location. I will not be banking with Wells Fargo moving forward.

      Charges insane and excessive overdraft fees making it extremely difficult to get out of a loop of negative balance. Happily takes advantage of their customers ******************** struggles in order to line their heaping pockets while hiding behind the flimsy and scummy premise of you signed up for it. I guess they havent been sued enough times.
