  The new fees are terrible. Used to be $10 flat fee for cash advances, now it's 5% of what you transfer, which adds up quite a bit. On top of that, I got charged interest even though I had paid my card completely off during the same month after my cash advance. Bank fees are out of hand and it has prompted me to come rant on here. When a $10 fee becomes $30 plus interest, it makes people upset. This is how you lose customers Wells Fargo.

  I called WF to report a fraud case. Someone with a WF bank account number is sending fake bills to others asking to deposit money ACH way to the account. I have the account number and all info and WF online fraud REFUSED to even take notes on this case or the account number to investigate FRAUD. It was h*** to be passed person to person because I don't have an account with them!! and because this they do not care one of their clients is a criminal!

  I deposited a large CASHIER'S CHECK on Wednesday, January 25th after selling my car and they've been sitting on my money (put a hold on it for no valid reason) for 10 days after sending me an e-mail saying the money would be available the next day. The check issuer told me the funds were removed from his account as soon as the check was issued. So, while the person who bought my car has been enjoying it for a week and the credit cards I am to pay off with the funds are still charging me ***** percent intetest, I get to wait on money I shouldn't be waiting on. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

  The worst bank ever. The bank itself doesnt do its job. I am a student, got a student loan through a third party. Deposited my check in this bank and they hold the funds from you because of potential fraud. More than a week to proof a check is good? Is Wells Fargo going to pay for rent? The interest on my loan? No. Called their customer service line and they say theres a lot of fraud going on unprofessional. I even offered to send them any proof they need. Its not an option according to them.

  This bank is closing down my new account with them stating that a creditble check is fraudulent and also at the same time trying to cash said check and keep all the money for themselves. Trying to s**** me over from my hard earned cash.

  Avoid ever doing business with this bank, EVER! I opened an account through a furniture company taking advantage of a 0% finance offer. Each and every month I needed to contact customer service to determine why they claim not to have received payment. I verified with my bank that the payment was sent to the correct address, I had my bank send letters and made calls to verifying payment, as requested by Wells Fargo, and even paid with a debit card thinking I could avoid penalties. The issues continued and I am left with no understanding of why this process is so difficult other than to consider that this is how they make money from penalty charges. I will not use auto pay for security reasons however, after paying with a debit card one time and verifying that my account was not set up on auto pay there were payments taken without my authorization. This happened twice and I had to go back to my bank to resolve the scheduled transaction and submit a charge dispute.I do not post random grievances on any social or business website but my experience with Wells Fargo has been horrific! I did not ask for support from the BBB to resolve my issue, I will simply pay off this debt and never do business with them again. I am simply posting my experience to warn others, do yourself a favor and find a reputable bank to conduct business!A one-star rating is too h, I would have provided less if possible.

  Wells Fargo are very good at making your money disappear Then then they tell you to prove it. They allowed money to come out of the account with my debit card shut off. You have to make an appointment to close your account after ripping you off. **************** with one older lady was less than professional as she laughed when I said that I wanted to close my account.

  Wells Fargo ************************* your credit card. Bank is in the 60's. Wells took a bundle of credit from my account with no notice. Wells Fargo is a Copper state bank you are going to need law enforcement when they make changes. ************ as well. Why make a credit change if you are never late doesn't make sense to me. Wells Fargo works with no one I am from ********. Might help the law office next ********
