      Bought a car and they bought my loan. Sept 19th, 2019 I made a $1000 dollar principle only payment. July 6th - 15th I made three $341 and three $150 principle only payments. I have all of my paper statements from start to current. Well they moved the auto loan online site to WellsFargo.com and it now shows a lot of information that wasn't available before. Turns out that they reversed all of those payments and this info is not on my paper statements. I would only owe $1828 on my car instead of $5820. Shady! I didn't catch it because I literally work 2 full time jobs and am barely able to keep up with life BS.

      Trying to refinance with Wells Fargo and they are just dragging the process along! Asking for more and more documents nothing is ever enough. I question do these a******* even want to lend money? What a ******* joke please find another lender these b******* are the biggest crooks on earth!

      If I could give them a minus 5, I would, beyond horrible service, I deposited a CASHIERS CHECK - NOT A CHECK a CASHIERS CHECK (CERTIFIED FUNDS) Saturday morning and they decided to put a HOLD on it, I have turned blue in the face, have spent countless hours talking to their ESCALATION TEAM MEMBERS, I finally spoke to a **** T in their **************** in ******* (wouldn't give me his full last name for security reasons supposedly) , he apologized and said they put a hold on it because I did not endorse the Cashier's Check , I said out of the 500,00 other checks I have deposited into my accounts and are not endorsed why would you put a hold on a Cashier's check ? he mumbled and apologized and told me he would call me from the same number or he would release my funds by end of day he didn't call me so I assumed the funds would be released and by morning I would see my funds, It is almost 6PM Wednesday Aug, 3,2022 and I called them again spent hours today speaking with their IDIOTS in their Escalation Team, the last one finally supposedly transferred me to **** T in their executive office and I was met by a recording saying their office is closed call back tomorrow during Business hours.. and hung up on me.... OMG WTF... REALLY

      Where do I start, so back in 2021 i got a letter stating I owed back taxes so I got ahold of a tax lawyer and they told me they could help me. Their fee would be **** and I could pay $250 a month until their fee is paid. Well fast forward 8 months and I find out theyre a scam company so I get in contact with Wells Fargo thinking maybe they could give me my money back. They credit $750 back to me and start their investigation. Then they send me a letter telling me the $750 was credited correctly and to consider my case closed. Then all of a sudden in march the took the $750 out of my account. So I called them and they said oh we need more information from you I can get that and reopen the investigation. I said okay even though I got a letter stating my case was closed and it was the correct amount. I give them the information they then give me $***** credit, which was the total I was scammed for, then I dont hear anything for months now at the beginning of august they send me a letter telling me my case is closed and they will deduct ***** from my account. I am beyond angry and feel as though Wells Fargo did me dirtier than the scammers

      Wells Fargo is a scam. I purchased furniture and was placed with these idiots. I paid my account on line, for the very first time on 4/30/22 and the statement didn't come out until 5/3/22, even though on line it said what my balance and minimum payment was. I did not make another payment until June 3rd, for my June statement and got a $20, LATE FEE for my May statement because I made no payment for **** When I called to ask why I was charge a late fee, I was told my May payment was not received between the 5/3/22-6/2/22 statement. After arguing with extremely ignorant and rude customer service, the refused to reverse the late fees.it doesn't surprise me that the customer rating i a 1. It really should be a negative

      Absolute customer service I have ever experienced, made the mistake of sending my mort payment to cc acct. I thought a simple transfer from that acct to my mortgage. However the mortgage and credit acct departments don't have access to each others accts. so instead of it taking no more than a day or two, it takes 10 to 14days for them to begin the procedure,when you ask why or for a supervisor to explain why you are put on hold for hours and constantly being transferred and having to repeat over and over to the next person, no supervisor is ever available and they have the nerve to record you without permission but don't want to be recorded. This is by design to keep the customer frustrated and hang up, then you get an agent saying, "I understand your frustration and I apologize."No you don't because you are causing it. I feel for their employees and anybody who has to do business with this company, I would advise switching banks and paying off anything you owe them, unfortunately for me I still have a few more years to pay off my mortgage, they took over.

      What I absolutely dispise about Wells Fargo is that they rearrange transactions from biggest to smallest to tack on more overdraft fees. I've noticed multiple times that I've paid certain transactions before others, only for Wells to change the order and charge me fees at will. This bank is terrible and I'm closing my account asap. Good riddance to this terrible bank.

      I was scammed almost $600 in transactions that were not made by me. They claimed they were not fraudulent, but how could they tell me that when I wasnt the one who purchased them in the first place, so WHO did? Physically and virtually? I had called them about my determination of my claim and they said it was deemed unfraudulrnt. This was my kids money, their expenses to eat, sleep, or take them places and Wells Fargo is just going to lose everything I have had without any further investigations! I am furious and frustrated with this investigation. I would like to request proof that this was not fraudulent because determining by when I had my card or not does not investigate the truth. Ive e banked with this company for six years and now Im about to switch to another because this bank does not do a good job to ensure or trust to hold your money. I do not recommend this business to others as they dont fulfill their word.

      they offer new account bonus of $200 through a dedicated web page link. you click the link and open a new account online and they DONT GIVE YOU THE $200. there's no promotional code attached to the link, it's a dead link. SCAM. BAIT AND SWITCH.

      HORRIBLE BANK! During the pandemic I fell behind on my CC payment and immediately called to make a payment plan of $131 each month. I knew I could pay off the small balance quickly. I made payments on time every single month with a Wells rep to ensure all was done correctly. Wells Fargo was always happy to send me receipts. Fast forward three months later, I got a letter from the "executive office" stating I never made any payments and they are going to ruin my credit score and take my assets. First of all, everything I own is paid off, second of all my payments were all made and I had proof and my recorded phone calls show this. I decided to call the company to kindly report the Wells Fargo mistake. They denied ever speaking to me prior, pretended not have record of payments, and they said the payments were $2 short and they changed the plan without my consent to $133 each month. THEN HOW DID THEY KNOW I WAS EVEN SHORT ON A CUSTOMER THEY DONT REMEMBER?! Change the payment plan without consent? That is illegal on all levels. WHO DOES THAT?! I was outraged. I said why would you take that liberty and change a signed payment plan?! They told me I needed to prove the phone call plan of $131 was the agreed. I told them they took the phone payment themselves!!! Go find the call. They suddenly "misplaced it." Since then, I've paid the CC off just to get this over with and they are upset they can't find any of my assets to seize. HAHA! If you bank with them, RECORD EVERY THING! If you walk in branch, BODY CAM, phone call-RECORD FROM YOUR IPAD WHILE YOU TALK, SCAN ALL LETTERS, do NOT trust them with anything. Also, the fees they charge you on a regular checking account, savings, or secondary account is outrageous! They'll charge you for breathing and then harass you spam calls they sell your information to other companies to spam you so you're always on a list to be called no matter how many numbers you block of their affiliates. HORRIBLE BANK!!!!!!!!
