      I've placed 8 online orders between April and August and only received 4 in their entirety. I use points and store cash that I've earned feom previous purchases, but never get that credit back when they don't deliver. I called customer service, and the agent laughed at me when I asked for a supervisor because the agent was just arguing with me about my experience. I've been a customer of ******************************* since **** and will officially never spend another cent there after all the issues I've had in the last 4 months and the "customer service" I've received. Waiting for all transactions and credits to clear so I can cancel my credit card with them as well. Beware of buying online with them, you'll lose more than you gain.

      The Gap brand not honor their return policy. Should have 30 days to make a return, I processed a mail return but missed the drop off which was after 20 days for some reason. I tried to process a new one but it wouldnt let me. Tried to return item on day 30 to The Gap store, but they said it had to be returned to Banana Republic, even though the email with the return code came from The Gap and none of their emails or online info indicate this is needed. Tried to go to Banana Republic but they were closed. Contacted customer service, but was told I was now out of the return window.

      As a consumer I expect there to be full disclosure by a company I am purchasing from. Recently I attempted to return an item previously purchased in-store in June. The store associate at the time of the return stated that 30 days after purchase the item becomes Final Sale and returns cannot be made in-store. She instructed me to call **************** if I needed to speak with someone. Today I contacted **************** and was told that according to *** Navy's amended policy, indeed after 30 days no returns are accepted. I asked for an exception to be made to return a single pair of pants because that policy is in no way stated clearly to the consumer. The Agent instructed me to refer to my receipt. I have, it states "merchandise, accompanied by an original sales receipt maybe return to any U.S. store within 30 days of purchase for full refund and original form of payment" [FULL STOP] there is no additional information provided to state that the item becomes final sale, nor that it cannot be exchanged or returned for credit. I have shopped *** Navy for at least 15 years and fortunately not needed to return much, so as a consumer I rely on your policies making a full disclosure of their rules. This does not. I feel that I have been taken advantage of and relayed as such to the agent who offered me a coupon, said there was nothing more that could be done, and stated she would send my feedback about the statement on. How terrible to alter your rules without clearly stating them and expect loyal customers to fall in line behind them. Surely the one time exception could have been made due to due the muddiness of the policy, and the return statement amended for future consumers. At the very least moving forward if the company's policies are stating half information, the cashiers should be trained to give full disclosure of the entirety of the policy at time of purchase so a customer can make an informed decision.Horrible!

      Delivery is unreliable. Have made numerous orders each time hoping for a better outcome. Sometimes you get the package sometimes you dont . The order gets returned due to damage others times very delayed shipment. Not sure why banana republic Athleta and Gap continue to use this carrier. I am sure I am not the only person with this complaint I have advised the company but they still continue to use this carrier.

      False advertising. Inconsistency in prices versus marketing and advertisements. They are lying to people. I want to start by saying that I belong to GAP rewards program and I have their app installed in my phone. I received an email saying "App exclusive preview. Semi Annual Sale. Get a sneak peak at your biggest savings of the year only on the App".So, I went into the app thinking that I was going see their merchandise in their lowest price of the year because that is what the email is saying. Correct?. Remember it says "App exclusive". So, a bikini top was $31.99 (before was $64) and a bottom was $24.50 (before was $49. 1 day later, when they made the semiannual sale open to everyone (including those without the app I believed) the prices were different. The bikini top was $24.97 and the bottom was $49.Basically, if you see the case of the bikini top, they encourage people to buy at an specific price by lying to them, by making them feel special for having the app installed. And then the next day they drop the prices even more. It makes no sense. What kind of game are they playing? For me was only $13 but what happen if you multiply it by all the people nationwide that fell into this??? In the case of the bottom, well, was also a lie. Gap told me to go to the app to see the lowest prices of the season before anyone else and then when the promotion was released to the public they removed the discount. Stop playing with people please!!

      They never sent a confirmation email or shipping confirmation. I am still calling them everyday. I finally got the tracking number via telephone. 2 days later they reluctantly provided the order number! Beware! Do not order from the Banana Republic (good name for them) or gap or banana republic factory. I am going to have to dispute the charge at this point! NO STAR DESERVED but was forced in order to submit review.

      I am extremely frustrated with this company's inability to ensure a smooth experience during their transition to a new bank. I have encountered a situation where their new bank managing their credit card ************* charged me twice because they no longer accept payments from ****************** I have no interest in knowing which bank is managing your accounts. Consequently, I have decided to cancel my account and will be reporting this issue to the Better Business Bureau.

      ******** I recently purchased 4 pair of jeans around the first week of June and the order was cancelled by them today. I think it was because I used my ******** ***** cash and **** rebate and the jeans were on sale. The finally cost was $9.21 per pair. Today they are still listed as being available on their website. I even put them back in a cart to see if they would go through and they would but at a much higher cost to me. To me this is fraud. Then they sent me an email saying I canceled the order. This is not true. Why would I cancel this order? It was a great price. Very disappointed in this company and the customer service. I tried twice to chat with them on their site.RC

      I got several outfits from gap for a present and went to exchange them for a different size- I gave them my license and they said they cannot accept my return at this time because of a ***************. I have not returned anything to gap - ever. My sister tried to exchange an item and they said the same thing. There is no gap near where I live and spent significant amount of time driving to the closed gap and then when I was in the store calling a 800 number from the store because they could not exchange my item. This is a complete scam. I left the store with the same items. Do not buy a gift for anyone from here unless you know the exact size otherwise they will not be able to wear the product. This is very disappointing and will never be purchasing anything else from gap.

      There super cash is a scam. False advertising. You spend money the first time theb have to spend that same amount again to save. So it's actually spend 50 dollars to save 10 and not spend 25 to save 10 like it said in big letters. I will more shop here again
