      I just received a return that was mailed back to me that should have been accepted and I just got off the phone with a customer service representative who was not helpful. I also sent an email to customer service and don't expect a response. I placed this order on 5/18. I received this order (#*******) on 5/21 at 10:24 AM. On 5/22 at 11 AM I issued a return as these didn't fit. There were 3 items in the return. 2/3 of the items were accepted. I tried on all of these dresses at the same time. How come these two were accepted yet this third one said that I had washed and worn it and the tag is still on? You can even see on my account that on 5/22 at 11 AM, I purchased the same dress in a size Large (which I kept) because the size Medium didn't fit me -- hence the return. Did I wear it or wash it? No. And like I said, the other 2 dresses part of the same order were returned successfully. I called your customer service line which was a horrible experience and they told me there's nothing they can do. So you're telling me you penalize customers when something is coded incorrectly? I'll never buy anything from Gap again if that's how they do business.

      I'm waiting for a return credit. I made the return to the suggested *** store. The email I received afterward said I would see a credit within 7 days. It has now been 3 weeks and I have made 2 phone calls regarding it but no credit to date. Fortunately, it wasn't that much.

      I ordered 5 items from GAP, and it came in four separate package - one of which was labelled as delivered but never arrived. I reached out to their CHAT support 4 separate times... I am currently on the chat. The first three times I tried to let them know that the package was labelled as delivered, but did not arrive. The carrier did not provide proof of delivery. They all said I need to wait for the other packages to be delivered and that sometimes carries **** packages as "delivered" even though they haven't been. Fishy. So I waited, and reached out for the fourth time (I reached out after each package was delivered to let them know that the one item still hadn't been delivered though it was labelled as delivered). So, I am now on the chat for the 4th time, speaking with a representative that has asked me for the same info multiple times (which I gave), and is now telling me I need to wait for a team to call me in ***** hours to review the delivery of the package... the same delivery of the package I never received... I asked to be transferred to a manager, to another representative, and or to just refund me the money for the item they never delivered. The rep has tried to reassure me I'd receive a phone call - this is not my first rodeo post pandemic - I know I won't get a call and that I'll need to reach out for a 5th time. At this point I don't even want the item, I just want my money back, and I will leave with my ****** learned: Don't by from these awful companies anymore: ********* Gap, etc... they're all crooks and their customer service is garbage.

      GAP store cheating while selling item: I bought a dress from GAP store and during check out sales rep told me that it is not a final sale item. Due to some issue with this dress I went to return this dress and at the time of return same sales rep told me that it is final sale and can be returned only for store credit instead of giving credit to my personal credit card. GAP looks like cheating with the customer.

      I have been hacked twice and two orders placed on my account for *******. DO NOT store your personal information or create an account with this business. I used a secure password and it did not matter. I have put in a privacy request to delete my account information and won't know if my email address will be deleted or know if another hacker will use my email to create another account. Their website is not secure.

      Worst customer services and engagement. I tried to return a pair of shoes that I purchased just 3 days ago, and had never used outside of trying them on, and they would not take the shoes as they claimed the shoes were "worn". The shoes are literally in brand new condition and look exactly the way I bought them as I have not even worn them. Calling HQ did not help either as they said that they allow their store personnel to make these types of decisions. I paid $280 for those shoes - I bought them right off their display shelf. There is nothing wrong with the shoes, but they won't take them back. I plan to *** them.

      I was extremely surprised at the poor customer service, and more importantly, the inability to leave a review. I would like to leave a negative review to warn others of my experience there, but the review section of the website is totally greyed out, on both the desktop and mobile version.

      I waited over 2 weeks to receive an item I ordered and the tracking number provided by Gap never updated to indicate **** had received the item. I contacted customer service and asked that the item be reshipped while it was still in stock in my size. **************** refused to reship the item and instead told me I would have to place a new order even though the item is now about $25 more expensive than when I purchased it on promotion. I received an email confirming I would be refunded for the original item in the amount of $52.26, but the refund never posted and Ive had to dispute the charge with my credit card issuer. **************** was so dismissive, as if they fully expect me to receive the item and keep it for free and they did me some sort of favor. If the tracking hasnt updated to even confirm **** possession of the package after two weeks, its not coming. Now Im without my money and my item. Im confident I will get the refund in the near future, but the failure to ever tender the package to **** was the companys fault, not mine, and I should not have had to jump through hoops only to reach an unsatisfactory resolution. I have been singing this companys praises lately, but after this experience I cannot shop here again nor recommend that any of my friends and family do so.

      Terrible customer service! I ordered a gift to send to ***, but it was never delivered. When I called JJ their representative ***** said it was delivered by DHL and left in the mailbox but the gift recipient checked for 6 days in a row and it was never there. No picture proof was provided and ** said I need to solve this with the carrier and never thought about offering to send another package to replace the lost one. They put the burden of discussion on the customer while clearly the contract agreement with the carrier was not fulfilled. Terrible! Never buying from them again although I was buying lots of things there for my grandkids.

      I have placed an item online and wrong item was sent. I returned the item next day as I was instructed by the customer service for refund. I still haven't receive my refund even after the item was delivered to them. The company's false advertisment on the product availability online sent customer unordered merchandise and charge the payment for a wrong item. I will not recommend to shop Banana republic factory store and rate them zero or negative if possible.
