      ****** off customer-I placed a online order with ******** I received 11 items out of 13. I contacted ********'s customer service line and was told to complete a missing items form only to receive a email shortly afterwards stating that my refund would not be completed. After calling customer again I was then told that I would have to repurchase the items which were not included in my original previously paid for order, or to deny the claims with my bank. I only want the clothes that I purchased or my money refunded customer care did not take care of this customer.

      Ordered a shirt and got a shipping confirmation with *** tracking number but every time I checked the tracking it still said "awaiting carrier pickup" and I definitely never got the package. I tried to reach out the customer service through email and chat and couldn't get a hold of anyone. After a couple weeks I got an email saying the item was returned and they refunded the cost of the item but not the shipping costs. I finally got a customer support agent over chat and requested they refund shipping costs as well since it was never actually shipped to me. I was told they could not refund shipping costs.

      FRAUD! Avoid ordering online, theyll forget to pack or just simply leave out items from your order and still charge you. I filed a claim in which I got denied and told to return the items for a refund? Return something I didnt receive? That is just crazy, unprofessional. Their customer service even admitted the size of the package I mentioned could NOT fit all my items.

      I have had several issues with ordering items from Banana Republic Factory and then part of the order being canceled due to the item being out of stock. No email notification of the canceled order either. I had to log onto my account to see that the item "being processed" was actually canceled. In my most recent order I purchased shorts and a matching top. The top was cancelled and the shorts were final sale. I asked the customer service *** to make an exception, and they were not able to do so. Poor service recovery. All they offered was 20% off my next order. It would be one thing if it happened once, but just about every time I ordered from BR Factory at least one item is canceled. I don't have that issue at other online retailers.

      Placed an order took about a week to fill. Got the email they sent order out. Got an email today saying the order was canceled due to my address not being able to except packages. But I don't think that was the issue. I called and pressed them about why my order was canceled? He said what the email said. I asked what carrier refused to deliver here cause I had an order delivered a few weeks no issues. He couldn't give me a clear understanding answer. I mean why would my address but undeliverable? When asking for the delivery service they use they couldn't give me a clear answer! Is this ******** issue or is it actually my address. Or is it the awful local post office that refused the order if so I need to know because ********** post office fail to do their jobs over and over again.

      I have been a loyal customer of the ********************** brands, and I have placed multiple online orders with Gap, ******** and Banana Republic Factory. I recently placed a 4-item order with ********, but I only received 2 items. I chatted with an agent who emailed me a link to a claim form, which I filled out. An hour later, I received an automated email saying, "We're unfortunately unable to refund your order. Please visit us online at oldnavy.gap.com to continue shopping. If you received an item that you didn't order or a damaged/defective item please call us at xxxxxx that we can further assist you."I called, talked to an operator who transferred me to the claiming department. I waited for 15 minutes, hung up the phone and called again. This time the operator tells me that there is a 30-minute wait to speak with the claiming department, but I have read other reviews here that they will not solve my problem and tell me to start a dispute with my bank. What a scam! I place my order, trust the company, they fail to provide me with my items and now they refuse to give me my money back or replace my items. I had already stopped shopping in the closest store to my home because the customer service has been horrible there. Now I am done with online ******** as well.

      Ive been a loyal customer at ******** for yearsrecently I made an order and it never arrived to me. Usually they will take care of all of the shipment issues and file a claim but they are making me do it. They wont refund me for their carrier losing my expensive package. They are making me wait until I finish battling with their carrier and the carrier gives them a refund to give me a refund. This is such poor service! I want my money back so I can order again!

      Manhattan store on ************** would not refund my return using original payment method even though the return was well within the 30 days. I reached out to multiple contacts including the *** ***************************** multiple times and he ignored me in all instances. Clearly the chain is going down based on this site and the news, and for top level management to ignore an executive complaint just shows what the atmosphere must be like there.

      The store manager; R, is discriminating against me for employment. I have attempted to reach R multiple times and she continues to lie to me by using her employees. This is gross, unprofessional & unethical behavior! I believe that Corporate should take the initiative in researching this issue!

      DO NOT SHOP GAP FACTORY. I ordered three items online. I waited six days for it to arrive, which is within the normal shipping window. When I opened my package, I found that one of the items I ordered was missing. First I checked to see if it was being delivered separately and it was not. It was supposed to be in the package I received. I immediately went to chat with customer service and was informed that I had to file a claim and wait 2 to 3 business days for them to review it. At this point I was already disappointed as a company should stand behind their sales and if something isnt shipped when its supposed to, they should immediately ship a new one out. The next day I received an email that they reviewed my claim and refunded my money. There was no apology for the missing item and they did not try to make it right by sending out the item anyways. I called customer service and was told they could re-order the item for me at the price I paid. Wow, thank you for offering to let me spend the money again to wait for the package to arrive again when I needed the item to arrive with the other items as I am going away. I explained that that is really poor customer service and I at this point have easily spent an hour trying to deal with this issue. He put me on hold for a while and then came back to offer me 10% off a future order with Gap Factory. At this point, I just laughed because what do they think, I want to have another poor experience with them? He then essentially said theres nothing more they can do. Which I know is not true. If they wanted to offer good customer service they couldve easily shipped the item out without me having to pay for it ($6 by the way) as a one time courtesy for the major inconvenience! The representative I spoke to could not even hold a conversation when it didnt stick exactly to their script, which is embarrassing. In this day and age, there are so many companies that offer incredible customer service, SHOP ELSEWHERE!!
