      Bought 3 Pairs of pants for a gift for Christmas. Between the holidays and all the craziness I go to call to see about an exchange as they don't fit and was met with "sorry your three days outside of the window." Really ? Three days and with the holidays you couldn't make an exception? Asked for a manager was told no. Told I would get a call back and never got a phone call. I have spent a large amount of money with ******** and will not be going back.

      As part of an order on Jan 1st, I purchased a turtle neck sweater. I didn't receive the sweater, but I received another part of my order. The bag I received part of my order in was poorly packaged. I chatted with an individual who stated the procedure would be to issue an e giftcard and I would need to repurchase the product and again, contact customer service to receive my original discount. The e giftcard I was issued only had $5, but the purchase price was $41.79. I chatted with another gentleman who just repeated multiple times that a gift card was issued. I said yes, but for $5. I said I already paid $41.79 for the sweater, I'm not paying an additional $36.79. He gave me a number to call which is just the balance inquiry number. Then he gave me another number where I reached someone. She said she'd have to file a claim to "back office". I asked why not just send another sweater. She said that's against policy. After 30+ minutes in two chats and 15 minutes on the phone, I have to wait up to 48 business hours to someday purchase the sweater. Poorly trained customer service and poor policies.

      No stars. One star is too generous. Two or three times Ive placed an online order, waited weeks for it to arrive only to discover the wrong items were delivered to me. Customer service is clearly outsourced and asks you same question repeatedlytheyre clearly reading from a script. Id have more success with a chatbot. Clearly the company is poorly managed from corporate to warehouse. I grew up on this brand and will no longer shop here for myself or my family. Sad to see it go downhill so badly.

      I wish I could rate GAP ZERO stars. I now remember why I don't buy from them: I ordered 3 shirts that were on sale for Christmas and I liked in the description. What I received was grossly different items, that did not meet size ( i could wear them as dresses), or colors i viewed b4 placing the order. I had to pay 10 bucks for shipping, and even if I explained customer service that I want the entire amount reimbursed they did not reimburse me for it. I called back and the customer service person told me that he can't get the money for shipping back, and offered me 15% off on a future purchase I thanked him , but I could not see why he thought I would ever purchase anything again from GAP. He transferred me to the supervisor, how was very in my face, and told me that they have a policy not to reimburse for shipping on orders that are not at least 50 bucks, no matter what, and I can go read about that on GAP.com. I asked her if there is a site or a blog where I can post my feedback, so others can learn from my mistake, and she told me that she'll do that, and that's how GAP handles customer feedback.

      Im speechless about how their Bussiness operates. On 12/22/23 Ive purchased a classic coat, color ****************** size so I can wear a sweather under it. Since Im leaving out of country on 12/30/23, Ive paid additional shipping fee of &***** to be shipped and delivered within 2-3 days. However, according to the **** my order is still in Ca and its going to be delivered on 01/02/24 while Im gone on my trip!! So, no coat and out of money. Per customer service rep, even if I wanted to purchase the same coat again, there is no available sizes and there is absolutely nothing that the company can do to expedite my order so I can get it on 12/29/23! Im at loss the way they operate and get away with it. I was offered waived fee and $8 dedication of my purchase. I was very upset the offer since now I have change the whole wardrobe that I already packed according to the color of my incoming coat. A nightmare. Worst experience ever and I will not shop there ever again! Amina *

      This companys customer service practices need to be investigated. They routinely dont send items ordered. **************** wont refund and essentially accuses ** of stealing when in reality they are stealing by keeping our payment without providing what weve ordered. They say they will investigate the incident but you never hear back or they tell you to contact your bank..

      Illegal and unethical!!!! I was at ********* where I spent $455.10. The cashier asked if I wanted to apply for a credit card, if approved it would give me a discount that would bring my total under $300. I have a credit score of 784, so I figured it would be good to get the savings. I was shocked when my application was declined. I was so embarrassed to be denied right in front of a crowd of people, when I know I was qualified. The cashier said I would get a letter explaining why I was declined. The next day, I received an email congratulating me for being approved for an ******** credit card. They denied me in the store so I wouldn't get the savings. Then sent me the credit card hoping they'd get money out of me. Typical bait and switch tactics. I called Barclays and they blamed the store. They sent me to the store's customer service, who said it was the bank's fault. Both were pointing fingers at each other and neither was accepting accountability for their blatant illegal tactics. I will never use this bank for anything and I'll never shot at ******** again!!

      Im at a loss with how horrible their customer service is. I had sent them a return from a different brand by mistake and tracked it to their warehouse they confirmed by email that they had received it and would send it back and every customer service agent kept telling me that it was on its way back to me for upwards of 3 weeks. It ended up being that it was never sent back; ********************************** multiple different dates that I would receive it and to not worry because it was en route. One customer service manager told me that it never even entered their warehouse and that I couldnt prove they had ever received it (when they had sent me an email saying they did). In the end, they had lost the item in their warehouse and then refused to pay anything back for it. I have spent hours on hours with customer service and I can confirm that they do hang up at very convenient times for them (the line will simply go blank and no one will respond on the other end for 30mins+). This happened to me 3-4 times and Id have to call back and start the call again. Im just shocked for how much they did not know what they were talking about and how much was said seemingly to just get me off the phone. Theyll tell you theyll give you a call back and then they wont, and theyll tell you theyll email you and they wont. Be careful.

      ******** utilizes the post office for deliveries. However, the post office can make it more difficult for customers to receive their orders. The post office can not deliver your order, reschedule and not deliver it again, and all ******** will do is cancel your order. ******** is not dependable to use around the holidays. What makes it worse is that every employee you communicate with makes it very clear that they DO NOT CARE. You are one of many, and not a valued customer.

      This fraud style of business, no eloquent articulate sraff,lies every time I call.their system says late payment was waived months ago due to know type of notification of when and what is due,Then I read the many complaints of the same thing with no positive result. I've been on hold for 30 mins and counting while googling and writing this complaints. People work too hard for their money to be getting white color scammed.I will make a complaint on every possible site.No wonder the rating is so low
