      My family and I went to the **** outlets to find the right size jeans for myself. I usually buy my pants from **** online but I have lost some weight I didn't know what size to order. I tried a few pairs on and thought I had found the right size but after returning home I realized the jeans were to big and would stretch out. I didn't wear the jeans anywhere I put them on but before heading to work I noticed they were just a bit to big. No big deal I'd just exchange them for a smaller pair. I went back to the outlets a few days later and the same man who rang up our items was there. I told him what happened and he said he would not exchange the jeans since he claimed I had worn them. I had not. I thought that was ridiculous the jeans were as they were when I bought them. Also I have had to exchange other clothing items because of size and have never had a problem at any store and I know I have exchanged jeans I have bought online with ****. I don't think this right. I have been a loyal **** ******** for decades and would hope for better treatment. Please help me exchange my ****'s I don't won't a return just to exchange one of the pairs.

      On June 12th 2023 MY LEVIS ACCOUNT WAS HACKED. There were four separate unauthorized orders/charges NOT made and certainly not authorized by me on my Levis account. I filed a claim immediately with my bank and canceled the card however it was too late and the charges have already went through. ***** said they can only refund me for one of the orders and that a check will be sent and claimed that for the rest of the orders I have to have my bank verify that they were unauthorized. However ***** told my bank that the orders authorized because packages were delivered however they were delivered to an address that is not mine! I did not authorize these charges and should not have to pay for Levis unsafe site and negligence!! Not to mention the ** address of the unauthorized charges were made from ****! As a customer it is very disappointing that Levis think they can be so negligent with peoples trust and money it is completely unacceptable to only do a partial refund and lie and say theres nothing they can do in hopes that people will give up and take the loss. Additionally, I find it very suspicious that when I previously ordered on Levis in the past theres history of what I ordered, along with sizes, dates and prices. However, on these unauthorized charges it only shows an order number and no order details, Levis should be thoroughly investigated as it clearly shows a breach of data and someone who works for them might be in on stealing customers info. It boggles my mind that ***** has only done a partial refund for only one of the orders of the unauthorized charges made when they were all made the same day to the same address that is, once again NOT MY ADDRESS! I have been dealing with trying to get my full refund back since JUNE! it is now October! ***** has completely stopped responding to my emails and refused to further help me. Do better! I still need a remaining refund of $378.55.

      i placed 3 orders one on 9/14 which hasn't shipped yet as of 9/21 although they said 3-5 business days and they won't cancel it...the second order they claim all items are out of stock and they cancelled my order and never sent me an email informing me of this....the last order they said the payment did not go thru but all 3 payments have taken out of account... the orders ************************ (still waiting for it to be shipped)..... 178442607-sept 20 (they claim all items are out of stock) ********* sept 20 (they claim payment failed)....i attached photos showing the orders...the amounts taken out my account for 2 and the one pending plus showing the items are in stock.... even speaking with the representative he said the items were out of stock but the color will have a line thru it if your size is unavailable....so he lied...(*********************************.)..... i want my jeans or all my money back plus something for the bullsh1t.... and not shipping my order in the 3-5 business days that it said they will ship.....i honestly believe because i placed 2 seperate orders to take advantage of the coupons that they didn't appreciate that....like why cancel both my orders and never send me an email ssying they were cancelled.....very unprofessional, i thought levi ********************** was an amazing company but not now

      I contacted customer support three weeks ago because of a quality issue on order *********. The agent said I would get a response from a manager in 2-3 days, but this has still not happened. I would like my refund. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I have reached out many times for a response, and every agent said they would just reach out to management, yet nothing has happened each time.

      Do not purchase products from **** or any other corporation in **********. The company uses fraudulent shipping methods involving ***** and OnTrac. Orders are not delivered by these shippers. The company now uses a third party called Fillogic, which fails to display accurate dates, times or the shipping methods involved. The information only states that the courier was unsuccessful at delivering my package 5 days ago. No further information is provided. The item was never delivered. The company first stated that I should wait an additional 5 business days for the courier to be successful at the deliver, and now however has claimed that this is really because of a hurricane, and not because of its completely criminal corporate, in the jurisdiction where it is located. I am nowhere near a hurricane. ***** has a long history. Please do not purchase products from **** ******************* or from corporations located in **********.

      I bought a pair of brand new Levis 505 jeans less two months ago. However, this pair of jeans have serious product quality defects and its side was fully broken all the sudden.I am extremely disappointed with the quality defects of Levis jeans and request Levis to either refund me for this pair of defective jeans ($80) or send me a pair of new jeans as the replacement.

      ***** debuted a collection that was intended to be released on august 10th They had a promotion on their website that if you signed up for their members program, they would email you on the 5th of August to have early access to the collection.After providing them with my email and contact information, they never emailed me about the collection releasing.Instead they have emailed me since then with other advertising techniques, which seems like this was a phishing attempt for emails and other information without delivering on what was promised.Outside of that, when the collection did drop, I ordered and was informed that the items were on backorder. Since then, the items have been cancelled, but then popped up on their website again, and someone else ordered it.I know this, because Ive been in a group with hundreds of others who fell for this scam.They need to make this right. They need to explain what they did with our contact information since it was not used to inform us of a collection available.I contacted their customer support and was given no explanation about what occurred with my personal information or the items I ordered.This was false advertising. Theyve changed their story many times and need to fix this. I dont want them to have my information if they arent going to deliver what was promised.Ive attached a photo of times theyve reached out to me with advertisements because they took my email address under false pretences.

      I would not recommend these people to anyone. They cater to resellers who buy all their limited-edition pieces and sell them elsewhere for ridiculous prices. I did everything I was supposed to do fairly, and I still got screwed. I became a member for early access, was at the website at the exact time they dropped the ************************* collaboration (for early access), did everything fairly quickly and placed my order. They took my money, gave me an order number, and they canceled my order days later because they cannot keep up with their own inventory. How is it fair to the consumer? I thought it was first come first serve. Why would they allow more orders after the fact if they did not fulfill the people who placed their orders first?? This was early access on the 5th, then they dropped it again on the 10th. Again, why allow more orders on the 10th if they did not secure, they even HAD inventory for the people on the 5th. I am absolutely livid.

      ****'s is fraudulently collection emails from consumers only to add them to their mailing list. They are obtaining these emails under the guise consumers will be notified about a drop but they are collecting emails to add to an email list and NEVER notifying the people about the drops. Consumers are specifically giving their email for the sole purpose of being alerted about a specific collection or product and Levis is not providing the alerts- however they are adding the emails to their email list. ****'s should NOT be able to ask for emails for alerts- and obtain the emails only to NEVER provide the alert but instead use the email to add them to the mailing list. I hope this makes sense. and it is not just me. I have screen shots from multiple reviews people are adding to the products claiming the SAME thing. also ***** is actively deleting the reviews people are writing (understandably because the reviews are not about the products but about how poorly and fraudulently levis is collecting emails) I am going to be attaching my conversation with their customer support where they claim "they do not know what happened other than the drop sold out within a few hours" but that was not my question to them. My question to their customer support was WHY did they claim to give notifications and alerts and ask for my email only to NEVER do what they claimed they would with my email- only to sign me up for the mailing list. Also attached will be screen shots of OTHER customer's claiming the same thing and some even leaving them reviews on specific products (that Levis are deleting off of their site)
