      Hello, thank you for your help. I placed an order for blue jeans from **** for $49 on Dec 2, I watched the tracking closely until Dec 17th. On the 17th the jeans stopped making progress towards being delivered and it says undeliverable. When I contacted help support, they ended the conversation before resolving the issue. So, to be clear, I paid for jeans that weren't delivered and don't appear to be delivered ever. Nobody from ****s reached out to me. When I reached out to ****s, they ended the conversation after making me wait 18 minutes for a support agent. From start to finish this has been a horrible experience. I am also working with my credit card company to refute the charge. I was a lifelong adherent of ****s jeans but now will try every other option until I find a company that can treat me like a person.

      I went into the store the Saturday after Black Friday and a giant sign in the window said "BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE" on everything in the store. When I walked up to the register with two pairs of jeans and two pairs of shirts, it rung up to $101.00! I asked why the amount was so high and the lady said it wasn't but one get one free, it's buy one and get the second for half off. That is NOT what was advertised on the sigh outside and around the store. I returned my shirts but kept the pants which again, was buy one get the second for half price. What they did was false advertising and it was indeed deceptive. I spoke to the manager on duty who explained why it wasn't buy one get one and it made absolutely no sense. I tried to call Levi's HQ but they were no help and said it had to be settled with the store itself. I want this store to stop advertising a sale that is not accurate! If it's not buy one get one, then don't post that in your store window!

      so i received a birthday promo/discount code for $10 off $20+ and once i was ready to checkout it also showed the option for 10% off... it would only allow me to use one option... the complaint i have is that the birthday code fine print say it can not be stacked with promos 30% or greater... which in a customer mind the bday can be combined with anything less than the 30%... but... since i couldn't stack it with the 10% i feel like that is false advertisement...i removed some items from bag since i couldn't stack but did place an order for items i thought would sell out befor i got a response from **** so either way im missing out

      i have been placing orders trying to find the right size and fit and now i have narrowed it down to 2 pair... the problem is one pair is an exchange and when i tried to do the exchange it said i can only return...i even called customer service and she said the same thing... an exchange can not be exchanged ?? ... i ordered these jeans based on free returns AND exchanges and never seen anything about one exchange per item...so my sadness is that i paid ***** and now the jeans are ***** plus tax...?? i dont think this is fair to not be able to exchange them especially considering the fact that the levi ***** do not carry plus size near me......so if i have to return and pay over 20+$ additional then i should be offered a courtesy gift card because that's not right.... i would jus love the jeans in an 18m instead of the 20m, that's it... a simple exchange

      I placed an order with Levis Canada on November 20th – 5 days after they stated orders were transitioned to *** after ****** **** went on strike.

      However, when my order was “shipped” I noticed it was shipped with ****** **** a complete contradiction to their policy that was stated by the agent handling my case. Upon attempting to find an answer I’ve been met with diplomatic script responses that doesn’t actually provide me any information as to why some customers are receiving superior shipping service than others.

      Additionally, the customer service team has been contradicting eachother throughout my experience, ultimately confusing the customer further.

      All I’d like is to be treated equally to other customers receiving orders from active shipping services, such as ***. For reference, a family member purchased 2 pairs of jeans and received them 2 days later.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I've already been in contact with a senior representative for 10+ days and it's shocking how hard I've had to work to try, and ultimately still fail, to get Levi's to take action and not be completely passive in their response to this strike. 

      Everyone in this situation acknowledges the initial problem did not stem from Levi's, but the complete negligence in finding a resolution for your consumers is unacceptable. "We hope to hear of a resolution" is not a business putting their customer first, it's equivalent to doing absolutely nothing to try and find a resolution. I mean, I can't even say you're trying to fix the problem for customers in this situation, because you're admittedly not. 


      If there is absolutely no way the items can be shipped due to the strike - even though a large portion of your customers got *** shipping from warehouses - why not attempt to make this right by incentivizing your customers with a future discount, current discount? Anything would do. Again, make. this. right. Stop talking to customers with pre-written templates like you're a diplomat, you know no consumer has felt a personable connection from that. Just fix the problem already.

      The quality of the levi's jeans total junk. The belt loops come out and damage the pants. I went to a heavy construction ware pants that hold up better. I won't be purchasing Levi's ever. The wrangler brand is better constructed and holds up better. The ******* and ******** have better construction. Total trash

      Ordered on 11.18.24 since then it has said "awaiting carrier pickup" . Zero commination from ****. I reached out via chat, email, and called. No one has responded at all regarding my order. At this point it will arrive too late for what I needed it for so I've asked them to cancel the order and refund my money but again no response. You're telling me a multi-million dollar company can't ship out in a timely fashion but an individual seller on **** got my order to me in 3 days. Inexcusable. ****** learned! I just want my money back. The most frustrating part is the lack of communication from the company. I'd wait if they'd give me updates but at this point I just want my money refunded. Also on the call it kept saying my zip code wasn't associated with my order number but it clearly says my correct zip code in the one email I got from them.

      Placed 2 orders. First order light color jeans 726 came with pin stripes. Had to drive to a **** store to exchange. 2nd order the package was not placed at the door it was thrown 8-10 feet and landed at house.

      I was traveling in Charlotte, North Carolina on business and went into the Levi's outlet to purchase some jeans on November 10, 2024. I didn't try on the second pair and went back the following day to make an exchange before I left the state. I encountered the same female associate that assisted me the previous day. I advised her that I wanted to exchange the 501's because they didn't fit and get a second pair of the 725's because I loved the fit. I brought the 725's with me and asked her if she had more in the back because I couldn't find anything on the shelf. She scanned the jeans with her handheld device and said that she had one pair in the back and she completed my exchange. I flew back to California and learned that she had given me the wrong size. I contacted customer service online and the male associate advised me to call the store directly because he didn't have anything in stock. I responded to his email with disappointment because I felt as though he could've facilitated the transaction. (please see the attached email exchange). On November 24th, I contacted the store and explained what happened and requested to speak with the store manager. I was told that she wasn't available and would receive a call back and the call never came.' I was also advised to find another outlet and complete an exchange and I advised the female associate that I didn't live near an outlet and Levi's made the mistake and should make it right.

      I ordered the 501 ‘90s Women’s Jeans in color Ever Afternoon 33W X 32L Style: ************** on November 13 2024. The company used ********* to deliver my order. Per the tracking info, it says the order was delivered on November 16 at 2:01pm to an ****** locker, however, I never received any email with information about the delivery or ****** locker code stating i had a package to pick up. I never received my order at all. I called the ****** hub hotline at ********** and inquired about the alleged delivery and they could not find any packages from that day listed under my name in their system. I called Levi’s and spoke to ***** and was not helped at all. I want a full refund due to poor customer service and not receiving the item I paid for!! I also sent a report to Levi’s delivery service ******/********* to report never receiving my package.

      I went to ******* outlet paid for 5 pairs of 412 shorts they told me they couldn't send them to a p.o box and since we don't get mail at our home I gave them our box # at our *** store Then I was sent a message saying my package was delivered I went to pick it up only to find they delivered it after the store was closed and Apparently it was stolen and when I contacted your people they blamed it on me and the shipper saying they don't deliver to business addresses They told me to call the shipper who told me they delivered it so it's my fault. I've worn Levi's for over 60 years and all I want is my 5 pairs of shorts I paid for Appreciate any help Thank You Ron M*******
