      After moving for college- I made a purchase on 08/25 for 7 items in the amount of $161.38 using ******. 2 promotions were applied to the purchase: 30% off your order if you buy both jeans and a top, and $100 off an order of $250 or more. On 08/26 the order was canceled, I contacted CS who told me it she didn’t know why it was canceled and to try again, however both promotions were now “unavailable for my cart” so the total came to $288.59. When I recontacted Levi’s to inquire the new CS agent (Mina T) told me they can’t reinstate promos for this type of cancellation, but when asked why it was cancelled said she didn’t know… and then when I pushed the issue she proceeded to say based on the information she has it’s likely future orders will be canceled so I should shop at ***** or ****** instead. When I asked about her having information about the cancellation but then saying she has no information on the cancellation- she said “that is correct”. When I asked if I could speak to someone with information she said no.

      By the way the email states it was canceled due to Levi’s being unable to fulfill the order, but all items are still in stock online and the item for in store pickup- which is what prompted me to contact them. I also contacted ****** and they said there were no issues on their end (in fact there’s still an authorization hold).

      As Levi’s is unable to provide any reason for the cancellation, It seems obvious that Levi’s did not want to fulfill their own promotion so they canceled the order in bad faith.

      Complaint taken in dictation by H363137**3238313831H rep ** 8/19/24 I bought two pair of jeans for $98 on there website. I got them one pair was black which they called it first impression and the second pair was a dark blue. I received them in the mail and opened the packaging the black pair was in a plastic baggy with the tags on it so I knew it was clean and new. The blue pair of jeans had the tags on it and not in the plastic baggy that protects the pants. So I called them up and I questioned that and they were giving me excuses and I spoke to ***** and the conversation got heated and I asked to speak with a manager, she was telling me that the blue pair was fine and that sometimes they are sent like that, and there fine and they got the tags on them. I asked can I speak to a manager and she said no and I went off and she stated she can refused a manager. She put me on hold to look for one and I was on hold forever, she comes back and said the supervisor asked her what the issues was and she said that&#**;s how the pants come. So I caught her speaking to a supervisor and I have spoken with them three times about this pants. The representative ***** is very rude and I asked how long she worked there and she stated I did not have to answered that. They are just very rude. She stated that they can send out a replacement, and I stated how long will it take and she said I do not know. She said I can have a manager call you in ***** hours and put it in the computer. Its been 48 hours and no manager has called.

      On May 13, 2024 I placed an order using a "Warranty Voucher" i.e. Gift card which was sent to me from Levi Strauss as a method of reimbursement for a defective pair of *** ***** which I had purchased on May 1st 2023 on Order # *********. The voucher was for $70, I made an order to replace those jeans and added a second pair as well. The total before the voucher was $100.96 and after the $70 voucher and promotions was $0.73.
      One pair of jeans did not fit and I wanted to exchange but the color I had ordered was not in stock and Levis would not exchange for the same item in a different color in the proper size. They would only refund me the amount that I paid AFTER using their voucher/gift card approximately $0.43. I tried to work this out and they stopped responding to my emails. I then escalated to to the executive level at Levis and they completely ignored my requests for assistance.
      Then the ***s I replaced were found to be defective as well which made this entire order unusable. This time again they were only willing to refund me the amount that I paid AFTER using their voucher/gift card approximately $0.30. I engaged with a chat agent who told me the voucher was for a one time use only and I would only be credited the $0.30 and would not be issued a replacement voucher. I advised that this was not acceptable. The agent informed me they were referring this to a supervisor for review.....Having been down that trail only to be ignored in the end I am opting to file this complaint, as I have no faith that they will correct the issue, past history was my basis for that conclusion.
      I simply want to be able to replace the now 2 pairs of jeans instead of receiving $0.73 which was their proposed solution.

         They completely refused to modify their position. So since I returned one pair of jeans, they will not stand behind the replacement pair if they are defective, stating the return was a "one time use". This seems to contradict them standing behind their product.

It will be outside of the 5 days response time and I didn't see the point in leaving the case in an open state while we are waiting on shipments to be exchange.       I returned an item I purchased online, and received an email from Levis that the item was received, and that my refund was in process. Over three weeks have gone by and the funds have not been returned to my account. ***** continues to tell me they are investigating the issue. I have verified with my financial institution that no funds were returned. ***** is continuing to withhold my money, even though they verified that they have received the returned item.

      I went into the store looking for mens jean shorts. I found a small clothing rack off to the side of the store. It had a sign on the rack showing 30% off. I found my size and tried them on. They fit perfectly. I then took them to the checkout counter. The young lady rang them up and told me they were $52. I asked her if this was correct because the sign said 30% of and showed her. She called a young man whose name tags said Trevor. I showed Trevor the rack and 30% off sign hung on it. He looked at it and said it said “outerwear “. It was in small print at the bottom. I asked him if shorts aren’t “outerwear “. He said no and I asked him to tell me what “outerwear “ was and aren’t shorts in that category. He tried to give me examples without much luck. I was talking in a normal voice, trying to understand. I said “I’m not trying to be a *******”. I just don’t understand. To this he said “YOU ARE BEING A *******!” So I told him I would take this up with Levi. He then said “GOOD LUCK WITH THAT”. In a sarcastic tone. I left the store without making the purchase.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I have laid out as plainly as possible what happened in a Levy store.  There was a small rack with different types of shorts.  It was off to the side and had a 30% off tag hung on it.  I have submitted a photo showing this.  In Florida, if you advertise or lable something at a certain price you MUST sell it at that price.  The sales associate was very rude.  He told me I was being a "**** ***" because he couldn"t give me a good reason the 30% off was on the rack!  He also told me "Good Luck" contacting Levy about this!  It seems he was correct because Levy has done nothing to resolve this issue.  All I have gotten are excuses, just like the rude clerk indicated I would.  I am 72 and retired.  I shop for bargains when I can.  I wasn't asking for the Levy denim shorts for FREE, I was just asking for the 30% off advertised price.

      Before an online order, went through the process of changing the delivery address to my now current work address. Placed the order, ****'s shipped it to old address, where I am no longer employed. They want me to wait 72 hours to file a claim, I want the items I paid for delivered correctly or refund my money.

      My last 4 pairs since covid have lasted all less than a year with daily desk sitting use. I ordered a nicer selvedge denim pair thinking the flex fabric is just weak. Turns out the stitching in this pair is defective and incomplete as well. Tried to return and they cant process it. They need management to call me. Levis will only ship a replacement. I dont want anymore defective products I want a return and a refund as their policy says they should.

      I made the mistake of ordering a pair of jeans online, ORDER *********. I was not given the option to pick it up at the store. Your company used a service to deliver it, and I provided instructions for delivery if I were not in my office. But it was not delivered to me and it was not delivered to the alternate location! I called Levi ****************** **************** but I was not given the contact information for this delivery company. I bought this item for me! I did not buy it as a gift for a complete stranger! I have no way of locating the package and I should not have to go on a scavenger **** for an item I purchased with my hard-earned money! Therefore, I am reporting your company to BBB!

      I placed an order after 5 am. The new promo was already posted. It advertised an extra 40% off the marked price of $56.98. The price should have been $34.19. The promo said the price is reflected in the cart. It was not. There was only 1 left so I placed the order and contacted customer service to notify them that I was not charged the correct price and that there promo did not work. The promo had just been added at 5 am and it was not working yet. The customer service rep emailed me back that she would not honor the advertised price. She was acting like it was a courtesy. Its not a courtesy if you dont honor an advertised price. I previously had a final sale item that I received a wrong item. She told me it was a courtesy that she accepted the return. Again, its not a courtesy if you shipped the wrong item and the advertised price is not honored.
