      Regarding replacement offer ********, I purchased a fitbit sense 2, due to charging issues returned it and got a 2nd Fitbit Sense 2, again issues so I contacted Fitbit and they sent me a 3rd one. Issues again the 3rd one doesnt sync despite working with their tech team. To solve the issue, Fitbit offered to send me a 4th sense 2 or give me another Fitbit product at 50% off. At this point I simply want a different Fitbit product because the sense 2 obviously is defective. Why should I have to pay 50% of the cost for a new product when I am already out of $300.00 that I spent to purchase the first sense 2. Also, note they told me they could not refund my money because the product was purchased at Kohls. They dont even deserve one star but I was unable to go lower than one.

      Had a Fitbit Sense from Amazon ordered Feb. 2022 and just broke August 2023. **************** told me I was out of luck and then had the audacity to send me coupon to buy another watch! Why in the world would I buy another watch that won't last even 2 years?? The issue is that the screen is hung up on the logo - ****** it and see it's a widespread issue that the company takes no responsibility for. An absolute joke - AVOID at all costs.

      I placed an order on a Sunday, order was not even processed, after spending hours trying to get a hold of anyone to help me because cancelation was not an option on order, I was told it was past 30 min window to cancel. Now have to get, return and wait for credit! Shame on this Site! Shame on the way they do business and Shame on the sham of calling it customer service! BEWARE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS SITE!!! KEEP LOOKING!!!

      We purchased 2 Fitbits, both were over 200$. The approximate purchase date was Christmas 2021. Both stopped working about a month ago, almost on the same day. The watches we are told are warrantied for 1 year. A 200$ watch should work for more than 1 year and 7 months. I have watches that I have had for 30 years that still work. I will NEVER purchase another Fitbit. What a cheaply made watch that it only works for a year and a half, and of course is out of warranty. What a horrible company.

      I had versa 2 with them that didnt make it to the 3 year **** just stopped suddenly working one day. When I reached out they didnt offer any repairs and said the device was out of warranty. Theyve recently come out with a sustainable statement, one goal which is to improve repairability of the products. However they do not have a repair Center nor do they design products to be repairable or last more than 3 years.

      I signed up for a Fitbit trial that would auto renew in 6 months. I tried it for a week and did not like the product. I thought I cancelled the trial and then 6 months later on 7/2 they charged me for an entire years subscription. I called on 7/3 to rectify the situation and they said they cannot ***** a refund because I agreed to the trial ****** ( which started 7/2) that would auto renew in 6 months ( even though I immediately called related to the charge on my account on 7/******* subscription services are deceptive, and not customer-centric. When customers dont use the software service for a reasonable ****** of time leading up to an auto renew the organization should have a duty of care to verify with the customer an intent to renew regardless of the auspices conveyed during a trial offer. Or a grace ****** should be established or verification of product usage should trigger any subscription charges.The ************************************ (CFPB) should be looking into the practices of FitBit and other SaaS providers under the *** Acts for deception, due consideration, and the reasonable persons test. I will never do business with Fitbit again. Their product is poor and their customer service actions are worse.

      I bought an ionic and was told to return it due to a recall. That was last year June. Since then they have been jerking me around to give me my money back. I have all the evidence and they still find problems. I wont ever buy another watch from them again!

      I received a Fitb charge 4 as a gift a. 15 months later the software did not work. I purchased another one from ****** from an unauthorized reseller which is on me. However the problem I experienced many others have experienced which I found while researching the issue with my Fitbit. I had a broken band connector.It is a piece of plastic that completely snapped off of the devise that attached to the band. The actual Fitbit works but cant put it in my wrist because of the broken connector so it is useless . I would not purchase again . This one only lasted 8 months. So in a little less than 2 years I had 2 and both are worthless. If the company is aware of a know quality defect with the product they should stop selling until it is fixed.

      Fitbit renewed my ANNUAL premium membership and the reciept showed a 12 month membership. This month they charged me again. I contacted them and they said that the membership was **** per month. I replied that the reciept they sent earlier.Fitbit Premium Membership (12 Month Membership)$**** Qty: 1 Unit Price: $**** Truth in advertising needs work -- I will never buy anything from Fitbit again.

      I’m reposting my review that I left on their website. When asked to take a survey
      I called Fitbit with a known issue with one of their devices. I instead of replacing the device they offered a 35% discount. Because it’s out of warranty by 4 months. However it’s a known manufacturer defect. Also this wasn’t my first issue with one of their devices. I will no longer be a Fitbit customer. I also invested in a few of their devices for family members. What a disappointment. I really expected more from what I thought to be a reputable company. I guess they see it as my lost and not theirs. So to answer the question of how to make it easier for me to get help. I’d say better customer service. A better experience for me the customer. Back up your product, assure quality products. They lost me as a customer!
