I followed the procedure for a recall on the Fitbit *********'s been 13 months and I still have not received the refund.I've called at least 7 times. They have a different reason or no reason for why I haven't received it on every call and when I ask to speak to their manager, they always claim the only way to escalate is through them and it's a minimum of 42 days before resolution.I've also tweeted their account and am told to call them or that they checked and it's the same status I was told my last call. On my last call, I was again told they are trying to talk to someone higher up for a resolution and they will call back. I asked if I was really going to get a call back or is this another attempt to get me off the phone. I was promised I'd get a call back. No surprise, no call back. As much as I like their watches, I can't justify buying another when they recalled my last one and never provided the promised refund.

This is an endorsement of a bad practice that FITBIT offers discounts on replacement watches that it has already received compensation from ALLSTATE insurance. My last watch lasted from Oct to March and died I had insurance cover for the previous watch costing $35.00 plus $25.00 deductible, i.e. $60.00. In other words FITBIT should have received full payment for the watch. If I had not had coverage for the watch and I had paid full price it would have cost me approximately $4.00 more and FITBIT would have had to reimburse me for a new watch which would have had a 1 year guarantee. In my mind this is a deceitful practice that is being conducted between FITBIT, there customers and ALLSTATE. Customers believe they are receiving a **************** when really FITBIT retains a customer who unknowingly has given up his right to a years warranty.

This a sorry company. My ionic was recalled, customer service repeatedly lied to me. I sent the watch back after being sent on several widely goose chases to get the return package. I got the return information/package. I returned the watch and have not received a refund.

Fitbit devices are notoriously poor quality despite their steep price tag. I've gone through so many Fitbit trackers over the years, but I've continued to replace them because I enjoyed the Fitbit platform. Now, without any input from consumers and barely a warning, Fitbit decided to take away the very features that **** people to their products. Most people I know, including myself, purchased a Fitbit tracker specifically to participate in challenges with friends and family, and now that option is no longer available. This is only the latest feature that Fitbit has decided to cut. It's not fair to everyone who spent hundreds of dollars on a Fitbit product expecting to have certain features that were advertised.

I have been a long term customer of ********************** I use their platform as a coach, as well as for myself on my weight loss journey. I have often used their challenges as resource and have been assured in the past that these would not be going away. They recently have removed these challenges from their platform, which I believe is a violation of my rights as a consumer. Their custoimer support is also poor. Since they became affiliated with ******* the support provided there was not helpful and they laughed at me and accused me of not being the coach that I am. I will be sueing the company.

First off I want to say this would be five stars review until today when they decided to give up all the group challenges. I have a group of friends that we would do a weekday challenge every week and now thay have eliminated that feature. I am very unhappy with that. Don't know if I want to keep my fitbit or not.

Was given a Fitbit Flex 2 as a prize at a company party. It came in an unopened box. When I opened the box and tried to charge the device, it would not charge. I contacted Fitbit customer service who informed me that because I could not provide a purchase receipt (I won it as a prize), there was nothing they could do to help me or stand behind their product.

According to the terms of service Fitbit is supposed to notify people prior to renewal of their premium subscription. Also letting you know of the price to be charged in effect at that time.Fitbit is not notifying people prior to making unauthorized charges to their accounts. When contacting them about a refund they refuse. This should be illegal if it's not.

Ordered a FitBit watch on their website and was offered a trial Premium Yearly Subscription. I opted to try it and after setting up my account, went to cancel my subscription so I would not be charged for renewal. Since account was new, could not cancel online and had to contact customer service. A year later, subscription was renewed. Contacting customer service, they refuse to investigate the matter and only state they do not offer refunds. I was a loyal FitBit customer who enjoyed their products but will no longer patronize their business.
