Fitbit doesn't honor their warranty. **************** is a joke. They ************ the warranty period. DON'T BUY FITBIT. went downhill since ****** bought them. I will post everywhere to help people not get ripped off. This company shouldn't exist. They treat you like c*** IT WILL BREAK DOWN. THEY WILL CALL YOU A LIAR, HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE (even with screen shots that they ignore). They will have you on the phone for HOURS trying to fix their c*** device, they keep doing it until your warranty is over. My $200 luxe won't sync right, I have to manually enter data every day. So disgusted , we're great until ****** bought them. Now inferior products and zero customer service. I got *******. Columbia, england-all over the world & couldn't understand half of anything. BEWARE.

Solution to my mom's Luxe not connecting to her NEW ******* phone is to laugh at her frustration and suggest buying a new phone! **************** was extremely rude both times she called, and when she stated that the Luxe was a present from her son (me), the rep told her to have me buy her a tablet or new phone. While he told her to purchase a new $1000 device to connect to a $150 device, another person was in the background laughing. I will be discouraging EVERYONE from EVER purchasing a Fitbit, and with smart watches, there is really no need to have these less than subpar devices. Perhaps now, when your device is becomming more and more obsolete, is not the time to have such POOR customer service.

My first 2 devices lasted 2 years each - not great for the price, but I continued with Fitbit because I liked the features. Third device lasted only 16 months, with EVERY app update causing connectivity problems. (And Fitbit offers NO useful resources for troubleshooting, so I was on my own). When yet another update led to complete inability to reconnect the device, I was told to do all the things I'd already tried several times over, then to wait for a review....and the result was the device is out of warranty, so offer of a 35% discount to go BUY a new one. Even at a discount, it's still massively overpriced to buy a new one basically every year. I had concerns when ****** acquired the company, and it seems they were well-founded.

Have had a subscription with Fitbit for YEARS. You wanna know why? BECAUSE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your subscription with them! Go to the website? It just buffers, once you push the subscriptions tab. Do it through apple! You say? Apple miraculously has no knowledge of there ever BEING a subscription. Do it through the app? IMPOSSIBLE. Youll go through, six/seven/12 layers of different pages. To no avail. Oh? Try calling their customer support, thatll get you no where, an automated voice will literally tell you our team cannot help you with subscriptions, please try contacting Apple or ****** for help, goodbye!Today I had to cancel a card that has every single one of my reoccurring bills on it. Because I cant take it anymore. Do yourself a favor. Dont. Fitbit owes me TIME. & ENERGY.

Fitbit customer service is awful!!! I will never give this company another dollar. Let me start by stating, I've been a customer of ********************** for nearly 7 years, but the quality of Fitbit and customer service (offshore customer service that essentially function as AI Bots) have drastically gone downhill. Early on Fitbit had better qualify of products and customer service. I've purchased 2 ********************** Sense's in the past 24 months. Ironically, both started to experience issues at 13-months, which was outside of the warranty plan. They graciously (lol) send me a promo code for 35% of the purchase of my next device. This code does not apply to sales prices though, so for me to purchase a Fitbit Sense 2, it will save me $5 ($194) vs the $199 sale price. So let me get this right, I will need to buy 3 watches within 24 months each at $200 each. How about this, you make a watch that lasts more than 13 months long or you honor a warranty of 2-3 years. This company is a complete joke. I hope ***** buries you and puts your company out of business. Terrible management, and it trickles down from there.

Dont buy the Fitbit, after a year the numbers fade and they do nothing for you. I bought a yearly subscription through Apple and Fitbit will not honor cancelation of subscription when I cant even use the watch anymore. Ive only used 5 months and have a remaining 7 months. Fitbit has bad customer service as well, the lady I talked didnt even try to help me she just kept saying no we cant do anything. I have a watch that I cant see and a subscription I cant use. Dont buy Fitbit.

Fitbit *****. Despite being a device I paid for and despite using its dashboard on a computer I paid for, Fitbit feels it's just fine to replace my dashboard (which show daily steps, weekly steps, lifetime steps) with its advertising garbage meaning I have to click my way back to MY page. I've complained many times and all they say is "clear your cache" or "all companies advertise on their sites." They are intrusive, predatory, duplicitous and have crappy products.
