I was contacted and asked to return a pair of Fitbit ************* devices. One was brand new in the box and these are valued at $299. I have been fighting for a refund or to have the devices returned to me since April of 2022. Countless email, calls, even reached out on ******* and I get nothing but "we are looking into your case". I can't believe a company like ****** (Fitbit parent company) can get away with taking my property with no recompense. Fitbit sucks!

the website says orders go out with in 48hrs. I ordered one band on nov 1, a week later still not shipped. I emailed and got a "sorry for the delay" response. Then the next day i get an email saying it shipped. But 3 days later no package. I checked their tracking number and it says they are still waiting to get the package. So all the company did was get a label, still haven't shipped the package 12 days later. Is this a scam? does anyone get the bands??

Horrible company. My versa 2 device was working perfectly until it updated to the latest software update. ****** quit working after upgrade. After hour plus on chat with customer service they claim I have a defective model and can "reward" me with a 35% discount coupon good at the fitbit site. I will not be purchasing another device from this company and have canceled my premium membership too. It is horrible they can push through a software update and ruin a device and the try to entice you to purchase a new one from them.

My fitbit ionic was recalled. I followed all direction and returned it on May 5th. They received it on May 10th and have no record.of it going into the next.phase of the refund process. Basically they lost it. Now they won't process the recall refund of $300. I sent them my perfectly fine, working watch in good faith, and now I have nothing. I have been on the phone 6 times with the recall center and twice with fitbit. All they can tell me is they put in an escalation for it each time. Everything is email based.and there are no checks and balances. They don't know if anyone even looked at the escalation. Its ridiculous. I know I am not the only one either. Its all over ******** as well.

They're selling items they fraudulently claim work a certin way. Specifically, the SPO2 sensor application for the fitbit 2. Doesn't work and they know it.

Was part of the Fitbit ionic recall. According to website refund would be sent out 3-6 weeks after registration is completed. I filed on June 13th 2022. It's now October 13th. Just got off the phone with Fitbit customer service. No answers, just like any other call I have made. They don't seem to know when refund will be mailed out. I just feel like they have stolen the watch back.

The customer service at ********************** is terrible on so many levels. It's NOT the fault of the actaul customer service agents taking the actual calls or doing the chat, because they are not supported or empowered to help a customer efficiently or effectively. I hold the entire Fitbit and ****** executive team(s) responsible for this because I've heard it said that everything rises and falls on leadership. Clearly, the Fitbit and ****** executive team(s) could care less about quality customer service.Very disappointed and will NEVER purchase a Fitbit product again and I'm glad I don't own one!

I wish I could give it negative stars. My Fitbit Sense stopped working randomly. They looked it up on the back end and it was a problem with the battery. They sent a replacement. I called this morning after the battery died within hours of charging it. They told me to turn off all the features and monitor the battery. Whats the point in having it if you cant use the features? I charged to 100% and within 4 hours it was at 64% with no features enabled. I called to let them know but they will only give replacement or discount. I want a refund. Whats the point in getting a replacement if thats just going to die too? Since they refused the refund Im stuck with the replacement. I basically paid over $200 for a glorified pedometer that needs to be charged daily. After replacing a product if it fails again they should just give a refund.
