      My Fitbit Versa 3 died just being on my arm, stuck on the Fitbit logo then wouldn't respond to touch. I've owned several fitbit products over the years and usually upgraded because I liked the product. I contacted support they told me to just buy another one, I responded with: why would I buy another one if this one just died on my arm with no warning? They said they would escalate it and I would get an email in 24 hours. I gave them 48 hours. I then contacted support again and they said I should get the email shortly, it was a BS email from the same person I talked to a second time, not a supervisor saying "Buy another one" I told them that's really awful customer service to essentially lie to someone to get them to go away and they then responded with a nice auto generated email saying that they're sorry to see me leave Fitbit and hope I find a product that meets my needs. I use the stupid thing to track my blood sugar alerts since I'm type 1. I guess it really doesn't matter that you've bought almost every version they released and have no customer appreciation.

      I bought a fitbit versa 3. I have only had it a year and a half. Th face top popped off and won't stay on. This is the second one that has done this. They are not cheap and I think they should at least make it right. This is a watch I wear every day I don't have a hard job i don't bang it on things. this is due to workmanship not something I have done. I like the fitbit watches but if they don't stand behind them (its not like its ten years old) why should I buy another.

      I ordered a band on 12/26. The email confirmation said it would be dispatched in 48 hours. It still has not shipped and it is now 1/19. When you try to email the support email it comes back with an invalid email. I can't request a refund or anything. This is definitely a scam and now I can't get my money back. Do not order from them.

      Their customer service is horrible. My ********************** does not sync to my new phone and I've been trying to get help from them for over a month. They keep just telling me to wait and the contact me back and they never do and I'm never going to use Fitbit again.

      We will not be spending another dollar on any future Fitbit products. After reading many, many reports online of others experiencing the exact same thing with the Charge 5, it is clear that it is an early failing product. It clearly and consistently has hardware failure and I was just on the losing side of having it fail 19 days after the warranty expired. If not consistently poor hardware, then it seems that some type of firmware update is killing these devices. Either reason clearly tells me to never trust or purchase a product from Fitbit again. It's a brick that joins many, many other Charge 5 bricks and Fitbit will do nothing but offer a discount on a new device from **********************. No thanks.

      Zero stars should be an option! I purchased my FitBit 3 months ago. The face of the watch came undone while I was sleeping and was hanging by the cord. I spoke to many people at the company and received the same reply we can only give you a discount for a new item. So Im supposed to spend more of my hard earned money for another piece of junk? If a Fitbit can only last 3 months with a 56 year old grandmother, Id give it a week with a physically active person.

      Been fighting with my battery dying for 3 months now. Watch randomly turns off, have to charge daily if not twice daily. Been through all their troubleshooting for months now. Contacted them because others have been given discounts to upgrade. They want me to go through all the troubleshooting AGAIN and make notes until they decide if they will allow a discount. Said f*** it and ordered again with OVERNIGHT shipping, which is taking 3 day so not OVERNIGHT. And funny as soon as I placed an order my watch is magically holding a charge like they did something to my account to make it not drain.

      I purchased a Fitbit last year. It was stolen in February and pretty sure never activiated. I just received a charge for a premium Fitbit subscription, but do not have any active subscriptions connected to any accounts I have access to. I contacted Fitbit and they are telling me that since the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal, yesterday 12/17, they will not process a refund. Well, since I was unable to access any subscription, I was obviously unable to cancel it. This is an unauthorized charge of $85.27 on my debit card and they DO NOT care one bit. I've spent several hours dealing with this to no avail and will be contacting my bank about the charge. This is absolutely terrible customer service. I will never purchase any of their products again.

      I have not been able to sinc my Fitbit for two weeks. **************** sent my complaint to a "Security Team" to investigate because I was told someone hacked my Fitbit account and changed the e-mail address on it. I have been trying to talk to someone about this but no one will communicate with me on the phone. I have been told supervisors are never available when I request one. **************** is the WORST!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased my latest Fitbit device in August. Each watch I had, broke soon after the warranty was up. I definitely regret purchasing the latest (Sense 2) and I certainly will never buy a Fitbit again. This company has not been able to help me for over two weeks. A tech company? That's unacceptable why my "broken device" can't be fixed. I have asked for a full refund but I have been denied. Instead I can't use the device I bought a few months ago. A terrible company!!! One should never buy from a company that does not allow you to talk to a customer service member on the phone. In will continue to do all I can to obtain a full refund so I can buy an Apple Watch.

      They accept returns for items and then dont cancel the subscription associated with it so they can continue charging you hoping you dont notice and when you do and contact them, they refuse to refund you even though they confirm that you returned the item the subscription came with.
