On August 30, 2023 I ordered a Sense 2 watch from Fitbit.com paying a total of $333.15. When I received the watch in the mail, I took it out of the box and charged it to 100%. After removing it from the charger, the watch died within 2 minutes. The watch did not hold a charge so I contacted customer service and was issued a replacement (refurbished) watch. When my refurbished watch arrived in the mail I again took it out of the box and charged it to 100%. After removing it from the charger, this replacement (refurbished) watch died within 2 minutes. The same issue with the first one, it would not hold a charge. I again contacted customer service, but instead of requesting a replacement I requested a refund.I followed the instructions for returning my watch to the warehouse for a refund of my money. I was told it would take **** business days after the watch is received in the warehouse before I would receive my money. However, the watch was received in the warehouse on September 15th and it is now October 4th and I still have not received my refund (13 business days later). I called customer service on September 29th. The customer services representative did confirm that my watch had been received and he told me that someone would be reaching out to me via email within 2 business days to explain what was happening with my refund. However, it has now been 3 business days and I have heard nothing and still do not have my refund.

I purchased a Fitbit versa 3 from amazon In July , it is October 1st and the screen is frozen. I called Fitbit and worked with their technical support department and was not able to fix it. I sent them my purchase receipt and the said because it was a private seller (Amazon) they would not do anything. Last time i looked there is a 1 year warranty on the product from the manufacture. All they offered me was a 35% off new Fitbit.

I have had several Fitbits over the years, but the Charge 5 is the absolute worst. How is it that you guys send me a replacement for a failed Charge 5 (over heating and unresponsive screen in less than a year) and in 6 months it dies after a firmware update and the best you can do is give me a 50% discount on another poor quality product? The device was charged up, screen unresponsive yet the HR lights are occasionally flashing and my silent alarm goes off without a way to turn it off. Then the screen starts working again for an hour then is completely unresponsive and worthless fir seemingly no reason. I did all the troubleshooting resets and changed my watch face and this is unacceptable. Clearly the produce is defective. Also, it has always activated in the shower regardless of the water lock feature. There is a slew of people experiencing the same issues. The quality of Fitbit products has tanked since ****** bought them out. Fitbit said their products would get better with more funding and technology with ******. This has not been my experience. Im not going to give Fitbit more money for products that dont even last a year let alone 2+. Recall your products and take accountability for your product failures. I can no longer recommend or support the Fitbit brand. You can get an off brand watch with the same features for $50 or less and it will probably last longer. Disappointed in Fitbit, and their customer service is terrible.

Fitbit customer support doesnt exist. ********************** customer support online transferred me on a site that requires $5 for answering my questions online. So you purchase its product, and you have to pay $5 in order to make its product work properly?

My Fitbit Charge 5 began having problems immediately after installing what the company said was a mandatory firmware update. I was notified of this update after the warranty had expired. I created a service request in livechat to which there was no meaningful response response and in fact, seemed AI-generated although they denied this. I followed up with a phone call to their customer service. They said they would look into it. Then, I received a boilerplate email offering a 35% discount on purchasing a new device. I replied that my request was for them to fix their update which had broken my device. They replied that it was a quality manufactured device, and that it was out of warranty so here was a 35 % discount to buy a new one. I replied that I was not contacting them about a warranty issue but about a problem in their mandated firmware update, so it is under their liability because they broke my device when I followed their instructions exactly. I have not received another response.

Purchased a FITBIT sense at their website and with in a month the band broke and they let me have another one. Then a month after the 1 year warranty the screen remains on the polka dot log screen. Did all the resets but the battery says zero. After speaking and chatting with multiple people I was offered a discount on another one. I asked Why can't the battery just get replaced and its crickets. My old one that is basic from 4 years ago still works and I am wearing now but I unfortunately wasted ******* dollars for one year of service. Shameful and I hope they fix this with all the SENSE customers otherwise they should call it NO SENSE! mor NONSENSE!

I have got a skin allergic reaction injury from the Fitbit Sense 2's Wrist Watch Bands while wearing the Fitbit Watch on my right wrist. Two Skin Scrapes.I have tried contacting Fitbit Support through email, and they responded to me unfavorably. So, I researched online for a way to post a company complaint, and Edge AI suggested to email to BBB if I were to receive an email that is not within my favor from the Fitbit company, and I did come here. I am leaving my complaint review on this Fitbit Watch company.I would expect an apology from Fitbit.

Looking at their Forum's, people who have the Sense have the same issues. Just happen to start right after the year warranty is up.They are not taking ownership that it is something on their end, like the firmware that are causing these issues. Don't buy a fitbit, they only seem to last a little over a year, if that. Look at their forum, and you can see all the problems.

I purchased a fitbit June of 2022. It died just after the warranty expired. They did offer a small credit towards a purchase of a new product. I ordered a new product. I received my new vrsa4 on June 9th, 2023. In mid July 2023 the watch locked up. Upon this I contacted Fitbit. They informed me that it was locked because it was reported stolen or lost. I t was not reported stolen. Fitbit could not fix the problem. Shortly after it became apparent that the watch was defective, the screen black and could not be restarted. I have been in contact with the company for almost 2 months. I receive emails asking for a receipt, which I supplied. Then they want to know who will receive the watch, and the address to send it to. I supplied the information. The company responds with an email that they are investigating the problem. 2 months have passed with numerous calls to customer service with no resolution. I ordered the product directly from Fitbit. The product that they sell is of poor quality. The customer service poor at best. 2 months of trying to resolve a quality issue with no resolution in sight. In my opinion never ever buy a Fit bit product. If you do the loss will be on you, along with the frustration of dealing with this company. I will never purchase a product from them again. I suggest that you do the same.
