      I bought my husband's meteorite wedding ring from Brilliant Earth for $1300 and he did not know that it would rust with daily hand washing and hand sanitizer. We sent his ring back to be repaired and it did not have a warranty. The rusting caused pitting and couldn't be repaired so Brilliant Earth replaced the ring for free. It was such a generous offer. I will not buy jewelry from anywhere else!

      My husband purchased my original engagement and wedding ring in December of 2018. No problems at all with those rings and they were absolutely gorgeous. Contacted them in December of 2023 needing a major size adjustment. My engagement ring could be resized but it was too big of an adjustment for the wedding band. I returned the original band for 50% credit and purchased a new band. Everything went smoothly and I received each piece earlier than expected.

      I had my engagement ring for a month, then the stone became loose, I immediately stopped wearing it and sent it back. A few weeks later I got it back (2 days ago) and wore it for maaaaybe 12 hours before the stone because very very loose and wiggly again. Like they hadn't even fixed it or they did a half job of fixing it.Please also keep in mind that I do not do any hard labor, I am not rough with my hands, and I take it off when cleaning, showering, etc. There is not any reason it should be coming loose so easily. DO NOT BUY FROM Brilliant Earth.

      The absolutely worst company and employees to deal with. I have photos, emails, and transcripts. Below will be the breakdown of their mistakes. I highly recommend going with any other company. This is several months of ****.April 10 2023: purchased ring, ordered size 5.5 April21: received ring - it was the wrong size(5.75), and scratched. BR Earth, confirmed they made wrong size in transcripts which I have. Also confirmed wrong size by local jewelers. May19:ring got polished, but waiting on ring sizer to arrive. Between this date and June 19, I had several reps reach out which had me retelling the situation over and over=frustrating June19:I requested size **** resizing. I had to chase down a rep to give me updates on my order and shipping multiple times throughout this. July25:received ring 2nd time. Prongs were sticking up now. I reshipped back for 3rd repair. Aug19:we got a phone call, told the entire ring had to be redone from scratch.Aug30:Received ring back, noticed LARGE indents in the stone from the prongs being redone. They admit that the repair team SPED through the process and did not inspect the stone.Sept12: 4th repair-I am told they have not determined how to repair the indents. And they would call me. They never did. Sept17:Told Sept 22 for delivery, and that they will repair it quickly -I beg them to take their time. I also inform them of a vacation between Oct **** coming up.Sept21:no shipping label created for 22nd delivery. Again told them my vacation days.Sept25: I ask for updates since nobody has said anything to me, I am told new delivery is Oct 3, I remind them of vacay Oct**** and ask them to hold the ring until after vacay. BR Earth, tells me they are WELL AWARE of my vacay.Oct2: I ask for update, told they arent going to make Oct 3 delivery and they ask if they can ship to a relative or put on hold. I tell them hold it. Oct5:While on vacay, they ship my ring to my house >:[Not enough characters to go into depth of my experience.

      I interacted with the resolutions manager, *****, for a unique issue concerning my order. ***** went above and beyond to make sure my issue was taken care of, and guaranteed a returning customer out of me. I think BE has good products and deals as well. Extremely grateful for BE and Macee.

      Not up to industry standards. I discussed concerns about side stones being off color they assured me they would be not noticeable they are clearly different color and clarity. Ring arrived dirty and was not made very well.

      ************** had a great experience with Brilliant Earth. I did everything online. The representative I worked with was extremely helpful in assisting me to narrow my choices [based on my preferences] as it seems I could endlessly look at center stones and still not decide. She broke it down with a half dozen selections per day for several days of which the best of each group were finally my last "pick". Then I picked the band. I put it all on the one year layaway and It all came together really well. When I received the ring there was an issue with the band, but they responded quickly and the replacement was given, stones remounted, no questions asked--and returned in a week via ******* ******* was exemplary and my representative was with me every step of the way ensuring that everything would be perfect with our ring. Thank you for making a this a great experience, I would recommend to my friends without hesitation.

      We purchased two rings from them. The wedding band, ******, lost two diamonds over two years. It's just a bad design. We paid them $300 to have the first one replaced, but couldn't;t justify it the second time around. My wife posted an honest review that was posted, and then removed from their website. The review in NO WAY violated any guidelines. They deleted a negative review, plain and simple. Any company that would do that does not have the costumers best interest in mind. Choose one of the other sights, this one is not worth it.
