  Another great experience with Brilliant Earth. An engagement ring and wedding band we purchased over 10 years ago got damaged in an accident, the staff was very professional and courteous, and the repair was completed in a timely manner and looks as good as new! We highly recommend Brilliant Earth!

  They sent a damaged ring. My fiance paid for the extra insurance so we sent it back to get fixed. 2 months later they hadn't gotten to it. Then when they said they did fixed and sent it to the warehouse to get sent back they did not send any tracking information. We waited several weeks and they kept saying its in the warehouse on its way to you. A month later we called again and they said that amazon had lost the package. We were told it would be 3-4 weeks to get a refund. We are now 4.5 weeks later and when we called today they said it would be another ***** days. They are theives. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM! They ruined this whole ************ of cute engagement photos and ring photos for the ceremony. They are HORRID when it comes to what is supposed to be a magical time for a bride/engagement. I am devastated that after all the c*** of life I couldn't have this moment that I never got with my first marriage.

  My 5 stars are for the production team for making my ring exactly what I wanted but its also for ******* which is one of the supervisors! I was having issues with communication for a little while with the representatives and not having updates with my ring.. Once ******* was involved with the situation I couldnt have been happier. She put my feelings into consideration making me feel so special and she got the job done! We had a close time line with the delivery of the ring to the proposal and she made sure I had a hold of the ring in time. She cared about the situation and just kept surprising me with good news after receiving some upsetting ones from other team members. If you need something taken care of, I cannot recommend ******* enough!!

  My husband and I had a wonderful experience in the BE showroom. Once we selected my engagement ring we ordered it and it was shipped so quickly. I received it within 2 weeks. We then ordered my husbands engagement ring as well from BE because we both wanted to wear rings and show our commitment to one another before the wedding. He loves his ring as well! I recently needed my ring resized and the process was so easy. I mailed it as requested and it was resized and shipped back to me within 2 weeks. It was packaged so well and it even appears the ring was cleaned while they had it. I think this company is really wonderful and I cant wait to get my wedding band to match!

  I received a ring as a gift and the ******* in the center of it fell out within 2 months. I called the company to ask for a repair and they were incredibly kind and helpful in getting my order refurbished, polished, and shipped back in an incredibly timely manner with no charge. The staff went out of their way to call me multiple times unprompted to tell me the status of my ring. Very appreciative!!

  If I could give zero stars I would. I got my engagement ring at the end of December. I got married at the end of may. By august most of the side stones had fallen out. They told me that it was my fault for the stones falling out. In their words, it isnt jewelry to be worn to do things while wearing. Including grocery shopping. I literally wore my engagement ring for two months. We have been waiting to hear from management since last week about a resolution. They promised a call back within ****************************************** the meantime they are holding my ring hostage. This is by far the most incompetent and unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with. Please save yourself the trouble of having to go through what we are, and so many other people have as well. They are known for the stones falling out and not taking responsibility for it. Buying a wedding set is a really big deal and this is not the situation you want to be dealing with for a piece of jewelry that is so important. You are better off buying from any other place, even ******* had better quality jewelry. I would never wish this company on anyone. Ever. Steer clear. Its not worth it.

  Worst experience I have ever had with any business. Loved the engagement ring we bought but offered no guidance on finding a compatible wedding band. Show rooms were booked out for months. Bought a band and it didnt fit with the ring even though it said it was compatible on their website. That is false advertising. Was offered a complimentary cleaning and then sent us a bill. **************** asked us the same questions over and over again with no answers. Would call us and leave no message or call back number. Would set up a time for a call and ******* would be completely unprepared and unaware of the situation. They clearly dont take notes. I was worried about if we have our rings back in time for the wedding and posted a bad ****** review. They then refused to send my ring back until I removed the review, pretty sure that goes against consumer rights.

  After spending hours online looking at various vendors and shops, I decided to make an appointment to see options at the showroom. My time spent working with the associates was pleasant and I had no pressure deciding on the best purchase of my life. Brilliant Earth made the process easy and had me sold from the moment I walked in. I can't recommend this company enough!(Side note: The resizing process is streamlined and simple!)

  Simra is the definition of customer service. She obliterates the meaning of going above and beyond and this company does not understand how lucky they are to have her. She is the most pleasant human being to speak to and she actually cares about the customer. Thank you for being you *****. I hope nothing but the best for you!

  I had a great experience! We purchased online, but needed to get it resized. **************** didnt have long waits like most businesses now post Covid. The agent quickly helped me request the resize, we sent it in and it came back it less time than quoted. I loved that it came repackaged like new again. Its already sad and disappointing when you buy the wrong size, the presentation helped ease the annoyance. I would shop again. Our ring is beautiful.
