      ***** Z has gone sooo out of her way for me. I didnt have the best experience with other representatives but when they put me in contact with her, I was so relieved! She handled my issues respectfully, timely and professionally. She truly went above and beyond for me. I really appreciate how she maintained constant contact with me throughout our three weeks of correspondence. And she insured that I would recieve my ring on time! She is truly amazing!

      Brilliant Earth recommended a great insurance plan (Lavalier) when I purchased my ring years ago, and I finally needed to use it after a small accent stone fell off of the ring. Filing a claim with ******** was easy, sending the ring to Brilliant Earth for repair with easy, and a $0 deductible was the cherry on top! Thanks for making my ring stronger than ever.

      I cannot leave a negative enough review of this business. Absolutely do not purchase anything here. I attempted to purchase an engagement ring here because my girlfriend has always wanted a ring from here. After paying with cash I was called two weeks later to say that my diamond was sold to someone else and that I had to pick a new diamond. While I was not able to get the diamond I wanted I was able to find a new diamond that was quick ship because my proposal date was approaching. With the new diamond the delivery date still showed arrival prior to my proposal. The day the ring was supposed to be delivered I reached out to them via email to ask if it was ready for pickup and I was told there was a delay at the jeweler so now I was going to miss my proposal date. Feeling frustrated I attempted to cancel my order and I was told that it takes ***** hours to cancel my order and that depending on my branches refund policy it would take **** days to get a refund. Now not only will I be missing my proposal date, but I also dont have the money to search for a new ring. I cannot discourage anyone enough for shopping here. The phone number forwards to a ***** number and the representatives barely speak English. The customer service is absolutely horrible.

      Every time I go to the Brilliant Earth store in ******, ** customer service is always great! and they clean my ring for free. I have gotten 2 rings resized and both times we received updates very quickly and shipping was VERY fast. I've only had to wait about 1-2 weeks for the resizing/shipping.Also, I just LOVE my petal diamond ring and versailles wedding ring. I plan to buy more jewelry soon!

      I would highly recommend Brilliant Earth.. My rings are beautiful, shipping time was not bad at all and the way they ship their rings and the packaging they come in is awesome! I recently sent my rings back to have them soldered together and Brilliant Earth sent them back in brand new packaging, a new ring box and all within a couple weeks.. Very great customer service. I would definitely not hesitate at all in purchasing from them again in the future!!

      Macee at Brilliant Earth is the best. When we ran into some issues with my bands she got on the phone with me and didn't rest until we'd figured out a solution. I felt so taken care of by her truly exceptional customer support.

      Would highly recommend, I was searching many places for an engagement ring and loved how customizable the entire ring was, making it into something my partner and I both loved. The ordering process was extremely easy and shipping was accurate. I originally thought there was items missing from the package, and customer service offered assistance right away. Turned out to be my bad, and I alerted them. The ring did have to be resized, and I waited on the shipping label a bit too long, so it expired and they were very fast about reissuing it to me when it was ready to go again. I was recommended to brilliant earth by a family member and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly unique, gorgeous ring. Their customer service and prices have made me a very happy customer.

      I needed to get my husband's ring resized and re-engraved. At first, it was pretty complicated and difficult to get done. I believe I had to call a certain number during only a certain time of day during a certain time of the week, which was inconvenient for my work schedule. Then, they emailed me a shipping label that expired after 30 days. Unfortunately, with working from home, I don't get out to a post office very often. When the shipping label expired, it was too troublesome to try and call back during the time I was supposed to and try to get a new one and I sent an email requesting if I could just use the same one or get a new one, but got no response. However, when I was down in ****** Market in *******, I was able to visit their showroom with my husband and speak to someone there in person about getting it resized! She was able to take the ring off my husband's finger that day and size his finger in store and then we had the ring back to us within two weeks! Very quick service! PLUS they refunded my order in full from when I originally had purchased the resize! I wish they would make it easier by offering an online form/way to get a shipping label and purchase a resize, but overall, I am very satisfied with how it all turned out!

      Brilliant earth has been great! I've gone to them for all my serious jewlery needs, and just got my push gift for my wife in addition to her engagement ring and her wedding band (mine as well). They've been great, with great customer service and an easy to navigate site. I highly recommend going to their show room, it's been personal and friendly and I plan on going back to them for my next jewelry need.

      I had a need to have my diamond stud earrings repaired. All communications were clear and easy to follow. ***** labels provided via email, follow up email from BE when they were received, phone call from BE with solution and repaired earrings delivered on commitment date.
