      I ordered hoop gold earrings about 14 months ago. I wore them about 7 times only and it broke. It just fell out of my ear. I sent the earrings back so it could be fixed. I knew I would have to pay something since I did not insure them. When I spoke to the representative, she was so kind, helpful, and compassionate. These are my favorite earrings and I wanted to start wearing them again. My earrings were fixed,t he repair fee was waived and I received my earrings back on a timely basis. This is the best customer service ever!

      Ordered an engagement ring, it arrived earlier than expected and he loved it! It was a little big so we stopped into a brick-and-mortar store where they sized him AND ordered a new size for free (because of the stone placement, it couldnt be resized). The ring fits perfectly now. Their customer service has been excellent, cannot recommend enough!

      I am very pleased with the service i received from ******, one of the customer service associates. She went above and beyond to ensure our ring resize order went through smoothly, and provided updates in a very timely manner. I cant thank her enough!

      I purchased a lab diamond ring online in May of 2020. I did not like the first stone chosen, I was able to complete an exchange without any problems. In April 2023 I was able to upgrade the stone. A completely new setting had to be made to accommodate the upgrade, I was given a 50% credit on the original purchase price of the platinum setting and was also given a discount on the new setting. I received my upgrade in a timely manner and was advised of the slight delay that occurred. I'm very pleased with the upgraded stone, it is stunning!

      I purchased my engagement ring online and picked up from the ******* showroom. I realized I chose the wrong setting (******* instead of Luxe *******). I informed the staff who was assisting me and she walked me through the process of changing the ring to the right setting. Now that would delay when I would get it officially, but it was still well before the proposal date. The ring arrived beginning of June and I picked it up same day and have had zero issues thus far!

      I have ordered three pairs of sterling silver earrings from brilliant earth. The quality of the sterling is very high. It is super shiny and does not tarnish much. One of my earrings snapped in half. I was able to return it, and they sent me a new one.

      I purchased my engagement ring about a year back and was buying my wedding ring when I ran into a major mishap. I had purchased a wedding ring online, but when it was sent in it was not what I thought it was; so I went into the Manhattan Showroom and dropped off the ring to be exchanged for another. I had notified the woman helping me that I'm in a tight timeline for the wedding but it turns out she did not note that. And when I called brilliant earth they said it would take 7 days to process the exchange before shipping. Major issue for me as it would not arrive in time for my wedding which is overseas. I contacted the customer help line and I waited for 43 minutes for a manager to no avail. They said a manager would call back within ***** hours. Precious time for me going slipping away, and I'm getting nervous because my wedding is very close and it certainly will not arrive in time unless shipped immediately. A resolutions manager calls me, her name is ***********************. And wow. She has been absolutely amazing. Dealing with the issue with the urgency it required and apologizing for the big mishap that had occurred. I received my ring one day before my flight and couldn't be happier. She did an amazing job getting me the ring in time when it certainly wouldn't have without her intervention. Thank you so much *****, you made what was looking to be a nightmare into some of the best customer service I've seen. The wedding ring will go on the brides finger on time because of your care and efforts! Stay blessed sister.

      My wife's wedding ring was out of warranty and we didn't have insurance. It was only a year and some change old yet two small diamonds fell out, one in each side exactly in the same location. Brilliant Earth worked with us on the repair. At first we did not have a meeting of the minds, but I. The end Brilliant Earth came through and we couldn't be happier. We received the ring back fully repaired and they have renewed my faith in the company. We purchased engagement ring, and both weddi g bands with B.E. i even have stock. We intend to stick with them for furure purchases because of the good customer service we received and their mission.

      I love the customer service. I lost a diamond in my wedding band and they repaired it and made it look as good as new. My rings are beautiful. Their repair return time could be better, but in all, Im a happy customer.
