  Conflict free stones deserves 5 stars alone! I couldnt be happier with my experiences with Brilliant Earth! I purchased my wedding set and was so happy with the experience I referred my daughter who also purchased hers there. I also have my rings inspected on a regular basis. I purchased the Lavalier jewelry insurance they offer and WOW-did that pay off! I needed to have my center stone replaced and it was fully covered!!! I will FOREVER be a Brilliant Earth fan!

  If there was a ZERO in this rating, Brilliant Earth would be the top contender for this rating. *****BUYER BEWARE***** DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from Brilliant Earth. My husband purchased a 10 year anniversary ring and within a year of having the ring, the center stone became so loose that I almost lost the stone. I called customer service to be informed that I must pay $150 to "repair" the ring as it must be MY fault for continuous wear.Now one year later....2 years after having the ring, I notice a small chip in the ring and again send it in and a month later receive a phone call that my ring is actually BROKEN so severely that it cannot be repaired. Brilliant Earth agreed that this is HIGHLY UNUSUAL, however they cannot repair, replace ect and that I am out of luck in regards to my ring that we spent THOUSANDS of $$$$ on. This is just unimaginable and unacceptable in every way to be left with NOTHING and for Brilliant Earth to wipe their hands clean NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!

  Brilliant Earth made my engagement ring purchase super easy. Their customer service was helpful when I needed to adjust the ring size. Even after a couple years, they were able to fix some loose stones and repolish the band.

  My experience working with ***** couldnt have been better. I had to make a change to my order and she went above and beyond to make sure that my requests were met. I will absolutely buy from Brilliant Earth again in the future based off this experience alone.

  I wouldn't recommend them. Nice enough jewelry but poor customer service, unclear/unwritten policies, and unjustifiably high prices. The gold earrings I kept were nice albeit a bit over-priced in my opinion, hence two stars instead of one. **************** was problematic for me though. I asked to cancel an exchange related to a different item weeks before they planned to ship, and they initially refused. **************** later said they would be happy to cancel the exchange, but they came back a few days later saying they wouldn't do it after all. I don't think I was asking for anything unreasonable, and I would have been happy to abide by written policy. However, I couldn't find anything that spelled out the "policies" they were citing, and then walking back on an agreement we had reached is just operating in bad faith in my opinion.

  I recently picked out 4 bracelets as wedding gifts for my future sisters and mother-in-law. I sent each directly to the recipients' house, received the confirmation email with the expected delivery date of April 20th-April 25th, 2023. After that, I heard from them that the bracelet was actually out-of-stock and they wanted me to pick something else. One of the orders had already shipped, and the remaining bracelets were not in our taste, so now I'm left with no wedding gift for my future family members. **************** could have cared less, refused to give me a refund and said I'll get a call back in 48 hours (we'll have already left for our wedding by then). Absolutely zero empathy or understanding around the sentiment of the gifts. This is the first and last time I order from Brilliant Earth, especially after my experience and diving into the Reddit threads where it was exposed that this is a common issue.

  The ring that we received was flawless. We had to have it resized and we got the ring back within a week! The customer service was excellent and its awesome to know the ring we have was sustainably made. Highly recommend.

  ***** was so professional and helpful! My husband proposed to me after the free ring sizing period passed (I was not in a place to pay the fee for the resize and wasnt able to wear my ring because it would slide off) and after just over a year of being married, my ring needed a new plating. I reached out on separate occasions to see if they would honor one free ring sizing and received a different answer each time.. obviously not ideal. This led to me requesting to talk to a supervisor. ***** is who called me back to help. And boy, did she go above and beyond for me. Not only did she work magic for me to get the free resizing and plating, but she provided me a free overnight return label so that I could get my ring there and back as soon as possible. I just got my ring back, less than 2 weeks later, and it fits like a glove! Absolutely perfect! They did an excellent job on the polishing and it feels like I was looking at it for the first time all over again. No company is perfect, things happen, but its people like Macee B that will keep me coming back to Brilliant Earth!

  I had a wonderful experience both in person and online with Brilliant Earth. The team was responsive and efficient and I now have a ring that absolutely love. I've seen lots of complaints about the white gold here, but as it was carefully explained to me, this is a natural feature of white gold (the top layer eventually rubs off and exposes the yellow gold beneath) and those who want pure white gold look should opt for platinum. I chose white gold anyway and will replace if needed. I particularly love that I have a high quality product that is ethically sourced.
