  Ordered the rings online. Seven months in we had an issue with the coating on white gold bands. Called customer service up, sent the rings back for repair. When the rings were returned they were beautifully done. **************** was professional in the way they handled our claim. We will use them again.

  Very happy with my beautiful ring. It was a 30th anniversary gift as my original was stolen years ago. I chose my setting and diamond online and it was delivered on time. Unfortunately, after seeing it in person, I wanted a different setting. I decided to make an appointment at the nearest showroom. They spent time answering all my questions and showing me other settings that addressed my concerns about the first one. They took care of the exchange and difference in price. My new ring(with my original ************** from the first ring) arrived earlier than expected and is exactly what I wanted. The sustainable/ethically sourced diamonds made it even better.

  Do yourself a favor and look anywhere but Brilliant Earth for your engagement ring.
  Towards the end of Nov, I started my search for an engagement ring for my partner. Unfortunately, I ultimately decided to go with BE.
  I placed my order on Dec 5 and felt great. The diamond looked fantastic and the price was hard to pass up. The BE website advertised that all orders placed before Dec 8 would arrive before xmas. Even better, my engagement ring order came with two free gift pieces of jewelry since it was over their price threshold.
  I then received an email that the ring was scheduled to arrive on Dec 16th. My mind was at ease.
  A few days later, I receive another email stating that there were some delays but rest assured, my diamond would now arrive on Dec 19.
  What should have alerted me to cancel and look elsewhere was that on Dec 19, I had to check my order page to learn it was delayed once more to Dec 21.
  Dec 21 came around with no other update.
  "It looks like the jewelers need more time on your item, hence the delivery date update. Your sales order is marked for shipping out, and it's at our shipping facility."
  The following day, still there was no update on my order page. Customer service let me know that my order was packed, ready for shipment, and that I would be followed up with a phone call later that evening.
  The phone call never came and neither did the delivery. I contacted BE since another delay was shown on the order page. No chance of delivery before xmas but I was hopeful I'd be set for proposal on NYE... only to be learn it was still in production.
  On Dec 26, BE gave me a tracking number and told me that the order was shipped for overnight delivery. BE gave me a false tracking number and continued to lie.
  I expressed how important it is that the ring arrive by Dec 28 before I depart for my proposal. I was told this no issue since everything is all set.
  I get a call Dec 28. No shipment- who knows if it was ever ready. I cancelled everything.

  2/9/23: This company will also falsely flag negative reviews on ********** to have them removed. Do not trust the reviews on **********.
  12/25/22: Uses tracking cookies to get your physical address to send you mail. I'm aware they are not alone in this practice, but this is a practice I strongly disagree with.
  1/20/23: Someone left a voicemail from Brilliant Earth on 12/31 to obtain more info, stating they were a green company. I left a voicemail in response and as of 1/20 I have not heard back.
  1/20/23: Spoke with someone at BE today, she expressed they were sorry and that the tech team would look into it. She did confirm it is an industry standard and advised me to clean out my cookies regularly. While I appreciate being reached out to, I think this practice is unethical and unbecoming of a "green" company.

  Brilliant Earth is absolutely awful. The diamond fell out of our engagement ring after just a couple of months. We had a warranty with Extend, however it's been 4 months now and we still don't have our ring back. The customer service with Extend has been great, but unfortunately it's not the same with Brilliant Earth who is actually supposed to be doing the repairs. With our engagement period halfway over, my fiancee has not been able to enjoy her ring, which is very disappointing. While their jewelry looks nice, the quality isn't there and the customer service is non-existent

  This company ruined my engagement. I have had this planned for months, and this company made one of the happiest days of my lives one of the worst. I was told by 5 different employees 4 different delivery dates to the point where I am still waiting now for my ring. This is ridiculous and I am so disappointed in this company.

  Great business overall. My now husband, bought my engagement ring from Brilliant Earth and I got his wedding band from there. I've been in the Austin showroom three times and received great customer service every time. I recently dropped off my husbands ring to get resized (.5 larger) and the process was smooth and delivery happened within the specified time frame.
