1 starNothing can be given I should have k own front the beginning NOT to give them anything. I gave them my high value items to sell and they Stole it. They low ball the priced and refused to send them back to me, just simply said lost. Their representatives seems like working with you but NO. ALL LIES! 1 starOrdered item 10/9. Was shipped *** with tracking emails from them to confirm. Product not delivered and they say it was now shipped *** and I should have received. Too bad, call your homeowners, the police or bank What a terrible company. Im out $1900 for their mistake. I gave ********* a Jovani Gown that I paid ****** for they sold the dress for ******. They gave me ***** was suppose to be ***** they took out ***** because I did not have direct deposit that I had no idea about. I am so upset they knew how much the dress was worth I called them about that ***** ever got back to me. In the beginning they called and were happy to help me. Once they received the dress I never heard from them. I will never have them sell anything for me ever again. I'm very upset.

1 starI consigned some items in March of ****************************************** July. My items were returned except for a pair of sunglasses. When I asked why that item was not in the shipment they kept saying that tracking said it was delivered. There was a packing list of 18 items in the box but only 17 were present. These sunglasses were valued at $200 and the company has offered me $50 site credit which is unacceptable. Yes, a box was delivered but was missing an item. They have said they are looking into it for 2 months now and I am over it. This item has been stolen from me and they have tried to mask it by saying it was with other items. Im not even going to get into the multitude of other reasons I was dissatisfied with their service, which was why I requested my items back. I would like compensation for my item at its full retail value or the return of my item.Review fromTina C

1 starA consignment guy came to my house after harassing me for weeks to come by. I finally gave in and came over annd took over 150 items. He told me I would make a lot since Im consigning a lot. He never showed me commission structure nor did I sign a contract. I saw items posted on site for extremely low then asked him. He said its how they price, but with that price I only get 20% which is even crazier. I asked to cancel and they want $15 per item to get my stuff back. They basically con you then extort you to get your stuff back. ****! I didnt sign a contract and he didnt explain or show me any of this. Will file a police reportReview fromStarran G

1 starMade a Purchase June 2024 . Never received it and they returned my money. September 2024 tried to make a purchase and they all keep canceling. Got the run around by 4 different representative . Then one representative said its because Im on a block list because they had to refund me . Excuse me so why give me the runaround and then blacklist me as he said . How is this fair ! And why not tell me 4 calls ago . He told me he will have a manager call me but no one can do anything.Review fromLouise H
