They charge way too much. I have to sweat all day in fear of a 900 dollar bill.

They dont even deserve one star. *********************** is their star allowing them to have record profits while the people of ********** suffer and are paying record bills. I know they own this state because there is nothing being done to break up the monopoly they have here. Its just my wife and I and there is no way we use $700 in electricity in a month. We dont even use our dryer! This company needs to be investigated by a government agency that actually works for the people. This is a very backwards state that over regulates people and lets the greed of big tech and energy run ramped. No wonder there is a mass exodus out of this state.

What is being done to stop PG&E from gouging customers with these ridiculous rates? When I lived in *********** under a different electric company, I was paying $60/month in the summer. Now in Merced, PG&E is charging us over $350 for 1 MONTH. I have a family member who is type-2 diabetes and is insulin dependent and we need affordable AC when the weather is 115! Their price gouging has already been talked about by **** ************************************************************************************** needs to be stopped. Utilities are a requirement for living and should not be outside of people's reach.

I live in **************, ***For over thirty years PGE has been conducting rolling black outs in this area. This last week it seems like every day that shut off the electricity and then quickly turn it back on again. This is not good for my electronics; they have ruined several of my computers this way.Monopolys are supposed to be against the law; yet PGE has one of the largest monoolys in the State of CA.They should not be allowed to get away with this practice. They are also responsible for many of the wildfires in **********; and they should be held responsible for the damage that they have caused It was better when the government was responsible for electricity I wonder which govt officials are getting kick backs for this abuse to PGE customers .

They are the only choice allowed in our area and can charge whatever they want to and then turn the power off several times for hours at a time. Just today, they have turned it off twice throughout our area with no explanation. We are going on hour 3 now with no power! Governor ******, the super majority in Ca and PG&E must be friends because our legislature does nothing about this! Meanwhile PG&E causes fires, charges a lot of money to consumers and then doesnt even give them power they are paying for 365 days, 24/7!

OUR TRUE UP IS $6200! How is that possible? PG&E is stealing from families that are trying to save on costs. How does anyone afford a true up of this size with solar panels. This is an average of $512/month. IT'S ROBBERY! They should be ashamed of themselves. CORPORATE GREED!

PG&E provides an inferior product, holds ********** hostage with it's monopoly, and constantly raises it's rates. What this company does is criminal and needs to be viewed/treated as such. Their product has killed people, destroyed communities, and they've never been held accountable.

If a squirrel sneezes near a power line we lose power for 8+ hours. Basic infrastructure that we pay out the a** for shouldn't be this unreliable. Absolute garbage.
