This company doesnt give a c*** about their customers. They gaslight us. You make payments and they still shut you off, then literally force you to make payments you can afford due to hikes they dont warn their customers about!!

My bill in the summer of 2023 was $78 as I live in a one bedroom apartment that is so small, I pay $700 for rent a month. My bill went up in December from 112 to 187, and so I started to use less energy and save. The next bill I got in Janurary was 252 even though I turn off my heater and all electricity for hours a day. I am using so little electricity at this point in my tiny apartment, and I just a $$336 bill!! $336- AN $84 INCREASE IN A ***** AFTER ANOTHER 100 INCREASE!!!! I can not pay this bill and so shut off my power and will never pay PG&E ever again. I watched them raise their rates by 17%, then 13% on TV but in reality they are charging so much. To pay for their mistakes too with their lines. Do not give any of your money to these people, they are stealing from us and making us broke with infinite increasing!!!! $336 a month for a one bedroom apartment.....PG&E needs to be never used by anyone!! Search local power, use Pioneer, message representatives and ask for a cap. They went bankrupt in 2018 because they are a bad company, do not use them!!! Clearly they do not understand demand and supply Equilibrium.

I have given PGE ****** payment 12/27/2023 ***** payment 1/6/2024 ****** payment 2/17/2024 To pay off my balance of ****** from 12/18/2023 outstanding bill.I'm on Social Security fixed income and I can't afford to keep giving PGE money to pay off my bill from last year which they refuse to use all money and use it only on current bills each month... which is pushing me further and further into debt.

PG&E accepts payments via PayPal. So I used cash from my PayPal account plus funds from my checking account to pay my bill in full, 2 days before the due date. I received a PayPal receipt for the PG&E payment but it has not appeared in their system yet. Today they told me that they will not accept my receipt as proof of payment. They also told me that if the payment still has not posted in the system by 5 PM on the due date, it will appear in my record as a missed payment, and that customers in this situation can face service disconnection, voiding of payment arrangements, etc. I am anxiously waiting. This is FOUL.

PG&E has handled the power outage in ********** very poorly. They keep changing the goal posts without a reasonable time of restoration. They have no empathy and we are stuck in a situation where we are juggling a newborn without heat. has handled the power outage in ********** very poorly. As an energy company you are tasked with the responsibility to look after your citizens. You have failed to provide reliable service to those in the San **** area.

This company is a corrupt monopoly that should be dismantled, investigated and criminally charged with fraud!

7 hour wait for a 5 minute job. I got a text confirming the work was done at 6pm. Then, 6 hours later im woken up by someone with a flashlight in my backyard. Nobody knocked on the door, called or texted me. It was a pg&e worker randomly in my backyard. If i was an idiot with a gun that guy could have been shot. How is it that pg&e internal ticket system is so bad that i can get a confirmation text from pg&e anoit work being completed but not wben their own workers know if work has been completed. Also, how is their safety system so bad that they can have employees treaspassing on property without notifying the homeowner of entry. Genuinely the worst company ive ever had to deal with.

My bill went from 280 to 800 dollars in 3 months.. I asked others in my community if this is happening to them as well and they have the same as me and WORSE!! This is inhumane, how can you cause deaths because of wildfires, get sued and then make your customers pay for your own negligence as much as you want them to, without any other power company to switch to!! This is extortion, this is price gouging. And everyone in ********** is feeling it! My power bill should NEVER be half my rent payment!! Youre going to have a lot more lawsuits on your hands with this disgusting treatment. Meanwhile your CEO is a multi billionare. Why cant he take a pay cut instead of making innocent people choose between their rent payments or their power bills!!

Pge has a monopoly over **********.They have been charged with multi million dollar law suits and pay it without pain and bounce right back. This company is living the dream, have disasters like fires and then charge their own customers for the lawsuits theyve been in. Im so tired of this company oh also, what about their employees that climb poles and shovel dirt for 350k a year?? Oh also the fact that you have to know someone to get a decent chance at working for pge.! My gas bill alone was 600$ last Month and this month went up even higher to 650$ a month. My t stat is set to 63 degrees lol this is an absolute joke. I will be spending my thousands to purchase all electric appliances instead of paying these fire starting scum bags and their tree trimmers!
