      I would give them negative infinity if it were a choice!!! spent more than 31 months not completing a simple panel upgrade! A bunch of idiots!!! The whole company should go to bankruptcy immediately!!

      Someone Claiming to work for PG&E climbed over the gate. In my driveway came into my backyard There's a sign that says keep out i have dogs Knock on my door.And Told me the tree on the front of my Property needed to be Trimmed Someone had already come out and trimmed it without informing us that they would be doing this i told him we would have someone come out He was not Wearing a PGE uniform and he never showed me any I. D that he worked for p. G. E He got very agitated when I told him we would take care of it. I told him to ***** back over the gate and leave and he came back 3 more times

      PGE Showed up at my house on a SATURDAY morning, Oct 14th, because they weren't getting a reading from my meter and we're going to replace it. Upon inspection they found an electrical issue and shut off my power. I have a 1 year old and 5 year old. I can't stay in a home with no power so I got a hotel room thinking it would be an easy fix. I couldn't get an electrician out until Monday. He fixed what was on the note. The next day PGE came out and said it was something else. Fine. Electrician came back but can't do the work until PGE turns off the remaining power. I call PGE and their first appointment was November 3rd!!!!!!! Then at some point during those 3 weeks they closed my account without alerting me in anyway which caused a delay in the work. It is now Nov 9. All the work has been done, nonsense with the county inspection and what not but it's done. My window was **** to replace my meter and turn my power on. I took the day off work to be home for this. It's now 315 and no one has shown or called. I have paid $6k to stay in a hotel during this time so my family has heat, electricity and food in a fridge. It has completely ruined my life.

      This company is woke and stupid at the same time. Employees just punch in and punch out and they don't give a c*** about their jobs - you can hear it in their voice! And as I scroll down all I see is just one star after one star so it's not just me. PG&E used to be a great company back in 70's. Now all they're good at is setting cities on fire. Horrible experience. When a company is run by democrats, everything turns to garbage.

      0 Adverse weather conditions.0 Trees falling.0 For even drunkards crashing into power poles.Despite quite literally nothing happening, our power has gone out over 10 separate times in the past 5 days.Completely unacceptable service; if you cannot provide a consistent service, you are nothing more than a company of PR and lobbyists masquerading as a public utility.The fact that your power needs to be out for 24 -consecutive- hours is all you need to know, to know how this absolutely hideous, greedy corporation has bought the laws out for themselves.

      They never sent me my final bill. I thought I had paid my last bill before moving, I was set up for paperless billing so I always got my bills via email. I never received a notice saying I had a bill until 3 months later I got notice from a collections agency for $31. PG&E sent me no emails regarding this so I was completely unaware until they decided to send me to collections over $31. I always pay my bills but I need companies to actually send me a bill for me to pay it. I spent time on hold with two people only to have to leave a message at PG&E. I called the collections company who were extremely rude. I want in writing from both companies that this will not go to collections and this has been dropped. I am still waiting to get that from both of them as I paid the $31 immediately which I would have done months ago if I had gotten a bill about it in the first place.

      Considering they do business in a state known for crappy business dealings and 50 gizillion red tape/ catch 22 rules? And I moved away PG& E is a great company.

      They dont send you a bill until a year later and charges interest for being late when they dont warned you about it.
