I am very disappointed in Checkr, INK. Still waiting for my background check, It has been three weeks. I have been driving for **** for eight years,5-star rating with over ****** trips This was a holiday week, I spent this week deactivated, can't make any money, will have trouble paying my bills in the near future. I will ***** patiently for CHECKR response. Like there other responses it will not solve this problem.

Please understand that the estimated completion date on a pending report is simply an estimate based on historical turnaround times. As a ************************** we are not able to guarantee a reports completion date as we do not have the ability to impact the record request process or timeline at any given county court. An update to the estimated completion date is not reflective of a hold being placed on a report.
Once your reports are complete, they will be available to download from the Candidate Portal.

They are displaying false charges. I have contacted the county over this and they told me it was there for a second but was thrown out that day because the judge and DA refused it. It states it's there right under it says cleared both same dates. It should not be displayed either because it's a misdemeanor, which should not be shown by any means. I contacted them I contacted again like I said the county, went to the *** and had my name ran to be sure. This just started displaying on my background this month from over 7 years ago. Again I provided checkr with letters from this county, with this information as being incorrect and they won't fix it. Their investigation was rerunning my name through the same process and sending me the same letter. If you look three months ago at a background check from this company it's not there, and the one above it was ran deeper than this one. Upon researching this company it shows they are constantly being sued or introuble for this. First our credit reports was being sent to our employers which is totally illegal, now they are displaying false information and not doing anything about it. I've reached out trying to get legals number and see what's the process they use for this service, I get blocked from the chat. I have sent emails, no response to the request for legal, I get responses when I protest the findings, they send me a letter with their fake check displayed. I call and ask for the legal department, or ask what is the process for them running names and getting their information I'm hung up on immediately. This is stopping more than me from proceeding if it was thrown out that day why are they displaying it.Checkr, Inc.

1 starI have had the same response to three emails asking for my legal and updated background check as they had inaccurate information from the **** I disputed with Checkr and theyve asked for an updated report to show accurate information. I have sent it three times and get the same email asking for an updated report that shows the accurate information. I am tired of the run around that DoorDash and Checkr are giving me. Checkr is really not helping people as they should they're allowing people who really should go through background checks to work but people who actually need to earn money they are putting in considered status specifically with doordash. I personally should get in review again because I have a valid active driver's license and unfortunately doordash won't do anything unless check or changes it to the green status of complete. I really wish they would use a better company.Checkr, Inc.

As a Consumer Reporting Agency, Checkr reports records that are requested by the company you applied with and provided by the agency or office that houses those records. Checkr does NOT assess your report, make recommendations, or determine company requirements regarding engagement.
If you believe any records on your report are inaccurate or should not be reportable, you may submit a dispute via the Candidate Portal or by reaching out to us, either directly or in reply to this correspondence.
Please note that paying off fines and tickets or otherwise satisfying a court and/or state Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) penalty does not always result in the removal of the associated record. As long as a record is returned to us by the office that keeps that record, it will be included on your report and may be taken into consideration by the company you applied with.

I am only giving them a 1 star because there is nothing else lower. I deliver for Ubereats and they have not completed my background check that they have had since June (it is now October almost 4 months later). They have done NOTHING to assist and fix the issue. I constantly get the run around when I talked to them.Checkr, Inc.

I have a 14 year old misdemeanor *** conviction out of ***NYS said I didn't have to register for the charge,and gave me documentation. Checkr is the only company that consistently reported my 14 yr old ************* NYS your not suppose to report any adverse information after so many years,yet they consistently ****** problem,I have a great transportation job with a *********** all because they use another background check co.Checkr is going to cause many employers good workers because every state has different laws regarding hiring. Which Checkr is clearly not following.Checkr, Inc.

Checkr has received your dispute request and has completed the reinvestigation for the disputed matter. In addition to resolving the dispute, **** also explained to you why certain information may return on a consumer report. I recently applied to an app for work while on vacation. During the process of verifying my information the site proceeded to process what was listed. Within minutes I knew it was an error and proceeded to go through the process of correcting. In the help section it has a step for re-entering information that was improperly entered...or so it says. Now mind you I know that I will be on vacation for about 3 weeks and could use the work to help cover some expences. Anyway going through the "process of correcting" the information gets me no results but says I have to wait 7 business days to be sorted out I guess. Tried to call and talk to someone and that kind of re-assured me that the issue could be resolved by going through the help section and re-entering the info again..so I did again and again, and again, still with no progress and now I'm frustrated because it's been a week. I have reentered this information about 7 or 8 times now and still nothing. When I do reach someone ( email from checkr) ok I need a picture of my info for verification..ok I sent both. To send me an email saying well this info is not the same as the info you originally put in while you were signing up!!! I'm livid now No S*** ******** was that not the whole process of re-entering info when it was originally done isnt that what corrections is?! The purpose of me sending pictures of my info was to correct what the app wouldn't allow me to correct. And then to say oh yea nothing else we can do since its been 7 days, What kind of ***, ************* kind of backdoor baffoonery is being ran. Their help service is all backdoor scam and con artists and is probably forging and selling identities. It's service up front may be legit but from help and support is a bunch of tattoed degenerates thats selling peoples information (In my opinion). They went through a whole lot and wasted a lot of time to get my personal info to then tell my Sorry not what you enterd and past 7 days so were closing this case.Checkr, Inc.
