      I got a subscription for hers and then I cancelled it and got it refunded because it was $175, which was not as advertised at 35$ per month. So then the next day after they refunded me, they charged me $175 again. So now they owe me $175 and I tried calling and was on hold for 30 mins with no response and would please like a refund because I cancelled everything and there should not be a double charge.

      I recieved an email on 06/05/25 about A subscription auto payment being accepted for a medication supply of 3 months, totaling ~$192. I can no longer see the official amount as trying to contact support they cancelled the subscription. I asked what I can do to be refunded and was denied even though the package was just shipped 06/05/25. I understand that I should have cancelled before subscription reneawal, but now, even thought i do not have the medication, I am being denied reimbursement of a large amount of money that I now need back.

      I purchased this medication under the impression that it was an oral form of semiglutide. When I received the first package it contained an antidepressant in it. I stated i have never taken one and dont need it and that when I stop the weight loss program i don't want the chemicals in my body needing something like this. They informed me that they would send a different "package" package to me. Received this and when researching the products they were basically appetite suppressants. I stated I don't need appetite suppressants and that i needed something to promote weight loss. Said this every time we sent messages back and forth. Its very difficult because you cannot speak to anyone , everything goes through their app as messages. I feel i was severly misled and spent 395 dollars on nothing!! I told them I would send it all back. I have not used either package they sent because of them misleading me. Please help me . This is not right

      Bought the subscription on February 12th for $395. I was having side effects so I reached out to the company. They told me to take something else. It was still causing issues so I asked about upping the one medication that was not causing issues. The *** told me that would be okay. Days later he messaged and said that he could not just send one medication. I told them that would not work for me. I got no response. I reached out again and got no response for a while until I got a notification that they canceled my subscription without asking. I feel like if they are going to choose to cancel a subscription instead of helping or answering questions, they owe me a refund.

      I signed up for a year wight loss program. They were responsive but told me over and over and over again to limit my calories, sleep, have meal replacements, drink water and workout. I asked over and over and over if they could work with me on the prescription they sent - but because they sent 6 months - there was nothing they could do besides tell me that I needed to diet and exercise. I have used 1 month of the 6 month product. I would like a refund to that effect.

      Ordered medication for weight loss from Hers. Received medication. Wasnt sure I wanted to take it so started a few weeks later. Took five weeks to get up to the full dose of medication. Communicated with provider about side effects etc. Continued medication just fine. Decided to cancel the subscription to Hers as I did not want them to auto bill me or auto ship the next amount without me speaking to the provider again after I had taken the medication for a few months to see if it worked. After two months of taking the medication it seems to be working so I reached out to Hers to try to renew my medication and was told I cannot speak with a provider until I fill out a whole new intake and subscribe again. It will only let me subscribe and pay for a different set of medication which I am not taking. If I am currently taking medications prescribed by Hers I should be able to talk to a provider and get refills or tapered off these meds if they refuse to refill them. The prescription was supposed to be good for a year. There is no phone number to call. The messaging system just keeps telling me to complete the intake again but that is just signing up and paying for a different set of medication. I am concerned that I will need to ween myself off of these medications they prescribed me or go to a real doctor to discuss the medications. It feels like a scam website.

      I am filing this complaint regarding my experience with the online healthcare service Hims & Hers. I signed up for their weight loss treatment under the impression that I would be charged monthly and receive medication on a monthly basis. This was clearly implied during the sign-up process and promotional material. However, after completing the intake and being approved, I was unexpectedly charged in bulk for a six-month supplywithout my explicit consent or understanding.Shortly after beginning the medication, I experienced severe side effects, including extreme fatigue, ****************, acne, and even ****** stool. I rarely experience side effects from medication, and due to the seriousness of these symptoms, my doctor advised me to stop taking the medication immediately.When I reached out to Hims/Hers customer support to report the adverse reactions and request a refund for the remaining unused medication, I was simply told to stop taking the medication and throw it away. No refund, credit, or even concern for the seriousness of my reaction was offered. This response was both dismissive and unprofessional.I find this unacceptable. Not only was the billing process misleading, but I was also left financially burdened with hundreds of dollars worth of medication I cannot use due to harmful side effects. Their model appears to mislead customers by presenting the treatment as a month-to-month plan, only to later charge in bulk without transparent notice.I also believe Hims/Hers should revise their communication and consent process to make billing transparency a priority, particularly when health risks and large upfront payments are involved.

      This is my first time using Hers and was prescribed the wrong product for my hair loss. I requested an exchange because the product box has not been opened. Now I want a refund because this company has false advertising. This is not custom doctor prescribed care. The reason is below. I have the type of hair loss that really doesn't show bald areas. It's underneath a top layer of hair and goes around the middle areas of my head. I have no way of accurately applying serum in the back of my head. I sent photographs for evaluation and completed the questionnaire. I trusted the doctor to assess the full situation. I have sent messages on the app trying to figure out the application and there has been no helpful solution. The response from customer service is to read the instruction message.

      Today June 3rd, i woke up to a charge on my account, it is a renewal of hers hair blends treatment, i didnt not receive an email informing me that they have renewed from previous chats i have tried to cancel several times and failed, contacted them with no help. I got the first order last year but was not interested in getting again, when i went and checked in the ap, i see status ordered and not yet shipped(see pic attached) I paid them $175 i am currently in a fix and do not need thjis product, it didnt not work and i did not wish to request a new one, they have not responded to my request to cancel before they ship.

      I made one order through Hers for a five month supply of medication. I wasnt really thrilled with my results on the medication, not enough to justify the price, so when I received an email telling me that it was going to renew, I tried to cancel, but couldnt find any way in their app to cancel. So I delayed the shipment believing that I would be able to attempt to address the issue again when they sent me the next email reminder. This morning I received a notification from my bank that my account was charged for a 5 month supply of a medication I dont want, with absolutely no warning whatsoever. No emails, no text, nothing. I havent so much as received an email giving me shipping or tracking information on what Ive been charged for. When I attempted to call customer support after finally having to ****** how to cancel my subscription and having to ****** how to get in contact with them, I couldnt even talk to an actual person to explain the issue and stop them before they shipped the medication. Just an AI voice. They say that you can message them via the app, but the only message I can send is to the healthcare provider, not Hers customer service. The cancelation process is convoluted and difficult to figure out on your own, which Im sure is on purpose for situations exactly like mine. Having read some of these complaints I can see they clearly know this is an issue, and are unwilling to address it because it keeps money coming in for them. Im incredibly disappointed and now wondering how Im going to put food on my table this month after such a large charge I wasnt expecting or warned about. Not even an email to tell me that Ive been charged, it was my bank who notified me.
