      Charged $400 for weightloss pills. What was sent was off label, not *** approved or research backed antidepressants and migraine medicine that could have minor side effects off weight loss. Major side effects unexplained.

      Im filing this complaint due to Hims & Hers repeated failure to fulfill my Wegovy prescription, which is time-sensitive and medically important. I first contacted support over a week ago to check the status of my refill. I was told there was a technical issue and that a replacement would be sent. Since then, *** received multiple generic responses offering no timeline, no meaningful updates, and no resolution.Despite assurances, the replacement never shipped. I followed up daily and received vague, repetitive replies with no action. Eventually, I was refunded $899without my consentinstead of receiving the medication. I provided an alternate shipping address to receive the medication while traveling, but that too resulted in no progress.This delay caused me to miss my scheduled dose, which per medical guidance may require restarting treatment, wasting previous doses and disrupting my health. I also noted that my husband, using the same service for the same medication, had no issue with his refillraising questions about consistency and fairness in service delivery.The entire experience has been frustrating, confusing, and medically risky. The app is marketed as a convenient and reliable solution, but this has been anything but. Im now without medication due to delays and unclear communication from the company.Resolution Requested:A clear explanation of the issue.Confirmation and expedited shipment of my medication.A formal apology.Steps to prevent this from recurring in future refills.I expect a timely, responsible resolution to this matter.

      I was charged for a full 3 months of prescription that I only used 3 days the medication had horrible side effects and I was under the impression that it would be a trial run then if it worked I would be charged the full 147 this was not the case I did not agree to pay ***************************************************************************** the app are very deceptive and not straightforward

      I was notified of a $99 transaction for a prescription that I no longer use and that it would be shipping to an old address on 06/01/25. Immediately Upon receiving the notification I logged into my account and saw no option to cancel the order. After this I tried to contact them via the customer service portal, but every attempt to contact customer service through their customer service portal I was asked to log in again and rerouted to the home page. I would like a refund for my $99 as I was not notified that this transaction would happen and no longer use the prescription.

      Business Name: HERS Date of Incident: February 7, 2025 (initial issue), May 2025 (unauthorized charge)Amount in Dispute: $395.00 Complaint Summary:In early February, I began experiencing side effects from a medication prescribed through HERS. I contacted the assigned doctor on February 7 to report these side effects. I was advised to try over-the-counter medication, but no further medical follow-up was provided. When the *** medication did not help, I consulted my primary care physician, who instructed me to immediately stop taking the prescribed medication. After discontinuing use, the symptoms disappeared.Because I was unable to continue the medication, I properly disposed of the remaining supply months ago and have not used it since.Despite this, at the end of May, I was charged $395 without prior notification or authorization. I contacted the company immediately to stop the shipment and request a refund. They refused to cancel the shipment or provide a refund, even though I made it clear I cannot take the medication for medical reasons and have not received the new shipment yet.Desired Outcome:1.A full refund of the $395 charge.2.Cancellation of any future shipments and charges.3.A written acknowledgment of the issue and changes to prevent similar situations.This charge is unjustified, given the documented adverse effects, the lack of proper medical oversight, and my inability to use the product. I am seeking a fair resolution through the BBB to avoid further escalation.Thank you for your assistance.

      I signed up for Hers medication pills and was unaware that they were going to charge the entire order in one lump sum, when they advertised the price as per month. I experienced severe side effects, which I reached out to their support team several times about. Their support team advised that I stop taking the medication. However, I have half the medication that they sent in bulk to me that I did not know I was supposed to receive at the onset still with me and unable to be used for health concerns. They refuse to even consider a partial refund, when they are the ones who recommended that I stop taking the medication. It was not clear whatsoever when I signed up that I would be receiving such a bulk amount. I feel like they should offer monthly only shipments/payments so that if you are having severe side effects, you are not out a ton of money for months worth of a medication you cannot use. I am also concerned that they might try to charge me again, although I cancelled the subscription, based on other complaints.

      I was recently charged for a product from **** under a subscription I never knowingly agreed to. I did not sign up for any recurring service, nor did I receive any prior notification that I would be billed automatically. As soon as I saw the charge, I contacted their customer service to request a refund. Despite reaching out immediately, the company refused to reverse the charge. I believe this charge was unauthorized and unfair, especially since there was no clear indication or communication regarding a subscription. I am requesting a full refund for the recent charge.

      I was recommended by a doctor to discontinue use of this product. I have tried to cancel my subscription several times without apparent success, since the company is still sending my shipment.I have reached out to them and they said I needed to cancel this within 48 hours and they can do nothing. I did not receive a notification about shipment until today, which gave me no opportunity to speak with someone about this. The biggest problem is I cancelled several times and had problems with the website and app.I am very dissatisfied with their lack of customer service options, as well as their concern about my issue. I was unable to find a way to contact the company until finding an email address on Reddit.

      I was receiving services from this company, and the provider stopped my care with no heads up and no explanation. I was just left high and dry. And the service was cut off. My account was charged and im requesting a refund for services not provided.
