I canceled my subscription last month they took an order from me that was supposed to be broke down in several payments but they took it all in one lump sum of $345 I canceled my subscription that day there was nothing else I agreed upon to get from them until Friday of last week they took $195 from out of my account without my consent I did not order anything I did not check off anything saying I won't something from them they just took it out of my account on their own and it put me in a bind cuz I was part of my rent money and I emailed them numerous of times they never got back with me on my money and I still need my money it's for my rent for my family that $195 was part of my rent!!!Business Response

I enrolled in a subscription service with hims in summer 2024, receiving the most recent shipment in March 2025. Around March 2025, I discontinued the medication due to side effects and so cancelled the subscription in June 2025 before the next shipment was processed. However, they still sent me the medication at the end of June. Apparently, I had already paid for the medication in April 2025--however, I already needed to discontinue the medication by that point. I would have cancelled at that point had I known I needed to. They call it "prepay" but it really is a way to scam you.Business Response

I am Hers customer who received the wrong dosage of my GLP1 medication following a prescription adjustment. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to Hers for support via my Care chat, as well as via the *********************************************************** but have not received any support and have been unable to get ahold of anyone from the company. The initial Care chat response had nothing to do with the issue I raised. The submit a question does not allow you to do so for weight loss plans. I paid $599.00 for this prescription and am extremely concerned that incorrect dosages are being sent after Hers providers confirmed the prescription update and also that there is zero customer support available to address these kind of issues. I would either expect a refund for this months worth of treatment or preferably an action plan to get me the correct dosage in time to not impact my treatment plan schedule.Business Response

I signed up for a subscription to Hims finasteride/minoxidil chewable tablets under the impression that I would be billed $35/month.Instead, I was unexpectedly charged $175 upfront for a 5-month supply without a clear explanation or my understanding that it was a bulk charge. I did not authorize this kind of payment structure and feel that the presentation of the subscription on the website was misleading.I reached out to customer service to cancel and request a refund, but I was either ignored or offered only partial resolution. I have not opened or used the product and would like a full refund for the $175 charged to my card.I am asking Hims to:Cancel the subscription effective immediately.Issue a full refund for the $175 unauthorized charge.If this cannot be resolved, I will be filing a chargeback with my bank and pursuing further consumer protection channels. I have already been charged $175 previously for a product I can't use and informed the customer service *** that I did not want it and needed to cancel my subscription. **************** told me they could not refund the order but that they could help me with cancelling my subscription. Unsurprisingly, 6 months later, I was charged ANOTHER $175 for this product and now I have 2 full orders that I can't use!!! Went online and checked and it says my subscription was never cancelled! This company is a scam and will do anything to get money out of unwilling participants.Business Response

I signed up for **** and was quickly prescribed a psychiatric medication after the evaluation. After my card was charged, I inquired about side effects and was told of some really undesirable possibilities. I decided to cancel immediately (same day cancellation within a couple of hours) and ask for my subscription to be refunded due to not having used or received a product. Hers offered no refund, despite the medication not having been shipped yet. They told me the $150 would stay on file for future use. I reached out on 2/26/25 to attempt to use that credit for another medication they offer. I was denied the ability to use the credit, and customer service told me I can only use it for another psych medication. The company took the $147 but is deceptive about how it can actually be used - if that medication is not appropriate or SAFE for patients, they should return the funds that were requested.Business Response

I was getting a weight loss medication online and have tried to cancel my subscription because of health issues. I just received another shipment from them and they indicated they have a no return policy. This is the second shipment I received and it is $897.00 a shipment. This is from HIMS & HERS HEALTH *************************** out of CA. I have been experiencing gallbladder issues passing gallstones and also liver issues. I cannot use this medication. I would like to return and get reimbursed for my last shipment. Unable to contact anyone from this company. Ive sent messages on the app with zero response, there is no phone number listed anywhere. I cannot get ahold of a ** for my appointments. I sat on hold for 1 hour and was never connected. My appointments have been rescheduled (by them) probably 4 different times. Now I dont even have an option to reschedule. Im unable to remove my payment method. I attempted to send a customer support request on their website but the message will not send. Its like the submit button doesnt work. So at this point I have my credit card information in this website and it wont let me remove it, its been over a week of not being able to get through to anyone. The option to schedule an appointment is gone so I just have an RX request sitting with no possibility of filling and they have my card information.Business Response
